It's funny how I use to say, you can build your own mustang with the amount of parts they sell, and this guy is actually doing it.
Yeah this is pretty amazing, and inspiring, but without those critical measurements he isn't willing to give out, most folks would have a difficult time making one that doesn't 'dog walk' when you drive it. Hope he keeps up the great videos!
Hey Ben. You may want to make a Playlist of each of your project cars videos. Then viewers can just pull up the Playlist and watch the progress from start to finish. It is easy and quick to do Just an FYI. Cheers.
Thanks for another great video and thanks for showing how you get the front frame rails lined up. 👍
Loved this format! Please do the same how to on the rear quarters and decklid opening. Your fitment is always so nice. Really appreciate you doing these and cant wait for the next one.
Thanks, I will try to get more in depth. Hopefully set up so go pros
That was great information on the the shock tower assembly. I have the same issues on a 69 mach that i'm building from scratch with dynacorn parts. Thanks for the deatail video.
Very Very nice content! even for people that are non mustang fans,it is still interesting! keep going!
That is looking real nice.
I wish the Aussie cars were like that you can't even buy a lot of the rust sections for the Aussie cars
Awsome
Can’t wait for the next one! 👍🏼👍🏼
Just wondering, when you build these as a rolling body, do you use OEM style suspensions or something more modern like coil overs in front and 4 link in rear? Interesting stuff. God bless.
I set them on factory style to resell. But in the end if the customer wants different I'll change it up
Peterson Restorations Nice work ! how much for a rolling chassis ?

Nice job, I see you decided to go ahead and use the convertible components. Lol. That's great, I do them all that way. 69 fastback not to far from me, downfall is bill of sale only and my state needs a title, 6k. Take care!
Yep had this floor pan for 2 years and need something to put it in.
In Georgia we can get a tag with just a bill of sale since it’s basically a 65’ just not sure what process is to get a vin issued for the vehicle. I guess you could search the junk yards for a car with a vin and rob that one.
can you give me messurements from cowl corner to front of aprons (holes) .and
cross messurements from cowl corners?
Messurements from front of rocker panel to front lip of apron assembly?
I'm trying to restore my mustang that had a colission
thanks for youre vids
i'm installing full aprons and the driverside one is a litlle twisted (the rear is not vertical to the front of the framerail)
the passengerside one is welded a litlle higher on the framerail so the hinge bolt holes are a litlle higher then on the driver side.
i have exaxt tesame flaws on my panels then on yours
what messurement do you get from cowl corner to hole of apron(radiatorsupport)
thanks for the vids
This is an awesome channel! Just discovered it. What video is the 1st build video of this car? I should watch it from the beginning rather than starting here.
The first one is building a 1965 mustang fastback from scratch. I will be putting these in a playlist soon to make it easier to find

I really appreciate it!! Thank you
For the VIN, do you weld in the original on the front part of the driver's side apron?
When you build a car like this how do you get around putting the Vin number on it? Isn’t that illegal?
When you remove the self-tapping screws, do you weld those holes up?
Yep
Are these to be full restos? Or body shells only?
Each car is different
If your doing a bunch of these, would it make assembly quicker if you welded up a jig rather than building them on jack stands?
Yes slightly, I just haven't gotten around to making one yet
Buy a global jig you can use it for any car you want then
About what will this all set you back when the car is done and ready sell or, whatever will happen to it?
Do you ever consider making an alignment jig?
Yes but I enjoy doing it this way
Time or spanesi.com bench
Or
Global-jig
Ehy wonderful work how much do you sell these?
Roughly around 20k
Hey there. I was wondering what model Lincoln welder are you using and what settings do you use on the plug welds for the frame extensions and torque boxes. I guess you are using .030 wire for the thicker metal. Thanks.
Yes for the wire size and a Lincoln 180
@@petersonrestorationsCool. Thanks for the quick reply.
I've had a Lincoln 185 for 15 years fantastic bit of kit
Do you use epoxy primer under the cowl and closet areas?
I just use a good steel primer
I asked because primers draw moisture except, epoxy primer, when not top coated. If you top coat it, then you are fine. Again, great work
New scribner Question is that a steel floor your laying on how thick are the plates?
1/8 steel on 2x2 tubing
Thanks great videos 👍
I'm new to your channel. I have a 68 fastback s-code that needs floorplans done, just want to know where you are located?
I'm in Pine Grove PA
Is this sold as a kitt car to rege
The Kitt car was a firebird.
How much for one like this ???
yakyakyak less workworkwork more
Dynacorn Mustang not a Ford Mustang.
