@PBJoey ...Moon Knight did it once only because (according to interview) Charlie Huston wanted to reference the Edger Allen Poe story "A Tell Tale Heart", but in Moon Knight's case it was Bushman's tattooed face that was haunting him and not a crooked eye. Which is why he had to kill him and keep his face as a souvenir.

It’s been a while since I watched this show. I honestly got scared that it would become a Collider-esque nightmare of you guys losing the passion for it but still cranking out videos to pay the bills. I’m so pleasantly surprised that it still feels like a group of buddies laughing about good and bad comics together, it’s seriously heartwarming! Everyone’s just as enthusiastic and relaxed as ever, thanks for keeping that same passion for all these years!

About Yancy St : Ben Grimm grew up in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Yancy St is Delancey Street. Jack Kirby grew up in the neighborhood and used that as background for The Thing :)

Absolutely loved that opening discussion about the moloids - whenever you guys just talk and joke in-depth about a specific facet of the world's lore(?) it is really entertaining. Reminds me of the Dungeoncast I have been watching recently where they talk about a specific monster in D&D each episode.

Yes, it was one of the new 52 first crossovers. Justice league dark and the ravengers (I think that's what they were called) were involved as well
That was my first signed book. Paquette even painted a swamp thing on the inside cover and I’ll always be appreciative for that.

@Fear & Loathing in Germantown ....In the comic's defense, it was reusing a strategy Moon Knight used in the then current Max Bemis comics to fight off the Contagion. As for why "The Contagion can't effect everyone is his psyche even though he is only one person"..... it never made sense in the Max Bemis comic since Moon Knight was just suppose to be crazy during that run. Same with Jeff Lemire.... HOWEVER, in the Warren Ellis run it was canon that Khonshu was real and he was the one with multiple personality disorder. Not Marc Spector. But by Khonshu living inside Marc's head, Marc too must shift identities to match and balance with Khonshu.
If we're talking Doug Moench's canon (the creator), Doug Moench wanted the reader to be unsure if Khonshu was real or if Moon Knight was just crazy. Doug Moench's answer for this was Khonshu is not real but Moon Knight is not inherently crazy. He nearly died in Egypt and had an "end of life crisis" which led him into having a false religious moment with a fictional god. Doug Moench never showed Khonshu, rather just had Marc praying to a statue and have some moments of wind blowing as though Khonshu heard Marc.
As for "Multiple Personality Disorder"...... Moon Knight only had disguises.... However some writer named "Steven Grant" picked up the comic briefly after Doug Moench and gave Moon Knight multiple personality disorder and a white costume. This will be the Moon Knight that most know today.

When I read the title, for some reason I thought this was going to be a Savage Screen on the Matt Damon movie, "Contagion".
I had a chance to talk to Ed about his books when he was signing copies of "The Displaced" this past february in east coast canada.
I had brought some books to sign, like his Iron Fist run. He said that he named the martial arts techniques in the IF run after songs by rock bands he liked as a kid. Then 😂 he chuckled when I passed him Contagion floppies and TPB to sign. He was shocked and asked me what I thought of it. I replied:
"It was in my Iron Fist and Moon Knight reading order. Just like Serpent War was." 😂
He laughed and signed all my books and comics. What a swell guy. 😅
I never even heard anyone mention this, like ever. I thought this was some obscure wallmart title or something when i saw the thumbnail.

The tunnels under Newyork lead to a portal to the Heavenly City. They wrote it in a old Ironfist book where Orsin Randall shows up and takllks about the book of the Ironfists.

DC's Contagion: 52 Weeks Later

Another thought I had while watching this video - if I ever got a chance to write mini-series for one of the big two publishers, I would probably fill it with C or D-List characters as well. As for your comments at the end - there actually was a story in which The Black infects/conquers the DCUniverse, but it was just confined to the Animal Man and Swamp Thing series from New 52.
This episode made me nostalgic...reminded me of episodes from year 2 and 3- classic sal, Ethan, Ben back and forth banter

Obviously the DC version's star D-list heroes would be Booster Gold and Blue Beetle teaming up with Swamp Thing. So obviously the book would be called The Blue and the Mold: Booster Shot.
You would think Spider-man would be mentioned since he he is the guy that Reed calls for things involving biology(he is a biochemist). Anytime Marvel does a zombie type thing if Peter wasn't always the first infected he could probably solve it.

I was retail therapy shopping last year and pre-ordering Dawn of X variants from mycomicshop. I ended up pre-ordering this whole series. On reading it, I just remember thing that this cataclysm will never be referenced by any character involved and will no impact on the Marvel universe whatsoever. The only reason it was greenlit was to help to flood the shelves.
Not the best story, but "YAY" Moon Knight again on the channel and "YAY" Iron Fist.

You know, this is probably unintentional on Brisson's part, but during Warren Ellis' 6 issue run on Moon Knight, Moon Knight encounters a haunting involving nightmares affecting people and invades a dead man's dreams to discover his death by fungal infection. So, the events bad, but Moon Knight has this precedent for combating disease through the power of the mind.
