Red Lights will always be my number 1. It was my intro to the group and everything about it is just a masterpiece in general.
Bang Chan (w the blue hair) was the one who hit that high note at the end you liked. He's not just the leader of Skz but also the creator as he hand picked all the members, even came up with the logo himself. Its just his handwriting. He's also one of the main producers and lyrcists of the group and most accredited 4th gen idol, #3 most accredited overall.
That Voice belongs to one of the kindest sweetest most bubbly person you'll ever see , that's Felix

They have a diverse discography. I love the intellect, cleverness and creativity in songs. They have a very organic,fresh and unique sound. They didn't limited themself and explore the new side of music. You see so many new, refreshing and experimental sounds in their music. They explore different genres and express different emotions and touch so many important subjects like social pressure , anxiety, mental health, loneliness, depression insomnia etc.
They break many stereotypes in music. The more you listen to them the more you admire and become addicted to them and respect them more as artists. The music they made is connected with people with beautiful messages , inspiration and motivation . ❤❤❤

Great reaction! This song's an absolute banger! Top 3 title tracks for me: God's Menu, Maniac, S-Class, but their B-sides have so many hidden gems, top 3 B-sides for me gotta be Boxer, Venom, and Freeze. They have incredible Japanese songs too, top 3 of those gotta be All In, Scars, and Circus. You really can't go wrong with their immense discography
I think you would like some of Stray Kids older stuff… you should listen to Victory Song, Double Knot (they have an English version too), Domino and Easy. All from a few years ago but sooo good 😊.
Something newer that’s a little rocky is Social Path

my top 3 stray kids songs have gotta be SLUMP, S-Class, and MANIAC. SLUMP will never not be my favorite bc my bias is Han and he wrote that song when he was dealing with anxiety, which the lyrics of the song directly reflect and I can also heavily relate to it.

"Maniac" was actually my first song from stray kids and this was my first comeback :)
again, suggesting you to check out "Xdinary Heroes" they are a k-rock band, if you like rock then you must listen to their songs

My all time favourites are distinct 9, easy, victory song, cheese, give me your TMI, all in, any, double knot, taste, 3racha, the tortoise and the hare, heyday, runners high, zone, miroh, i have to admit and chronosaurus... I think chronosaurus is the most underrated song ever....I can relate to this so much.

G-idle and Stray kids are my go to kpop groups, as a fellow 33 year old metalhead in the UK I feel we are on the same journey with K-pop! probably my favorite thing about metal people, there is so little judgement and so much love in the metal fandom (people would never expect this). Yuqi from G-idle just released a song called Freak with a lot of horror movie references in the the MV its been on repeat for me since it came out pretty much!
This is one of my top favorite of theirs. It is so good, but was also my intro song into SKZ. So special place in my heart.

Stray Kids are known for being original and going hard. Three of the members are self producing calling themselves 3racha. (Bang Chan 1:12 , the leader, Changbin 2:02 , and Han 1:54 )

Thunderous- it was a clap back to the haters saying that their music was too noisy so they made the song even noiser with some traditional Korean instruments
Mega verse: their most recent song and it hints at a comeback with a very popular rapper Tablo
Case 143- it's on the cuter side but still goes hard

I didn't see a comment about your question regarding the production of their music (and there is usually a million of them, lol) so, quickly, 99% of their music is self-produced by the sub-unit 3Racha (Changbin, Bang Chan, and Han). They have been producing their stuff since before they debuted--they rapped underground before Stray Kids was formed. And yes, you are correct, they are immensely talented. All 8 of them can rap, sing, and dance at an unbelievable level.

My Top 3 SKZ songs (I'll keep it to tracks with MV's for simplicity) are 1. Back Door 2. Case 143 and 3. Megaverse. You have no clue hard it was to decide on those! There's too many amazing songs to choose from!
maniac is still in my top five and my reaction was to scream super loud when changbin rolled his hips……
If you are interested: for the MV they have behind the scenes, and for the song the "intro" of the album is generally a good view on the way they work on songs.
I can't choose just three songs overall, but I don't think I've seen many people recommending their solo songs so here's my top three solos:
1. Volcano by Han- no video but there is a lyric video on the SKZ CZcams channel
2. Streetlight by Changbin- I cried. There is a full video on the SKZ CZcams channel, but there aren't any English lyrics on it. I think a Stay made a video with the English lyrics, though.
3. Limbo by Lee Know- no video but there are a whole bunch of lyric videos (I would recommend the one by ZatyFarhani)

I couldn't help it, so here i am 😁 am not sure if u already knew or not but stray kids are selfproducing group 😌 so they definitely are heavily involved in the production 😄 (in the god's menu their lyrics are basically talking about making music and how huge their discography is (how there's something for everyone's taste😁)+ you should definitely check out voices from skz, its my own favorite 👌 + for something lil bit different Any would be great too 👌 but yeah, its been fun watching you react skz 😌👌
I would like to recommend you to react to Oneus, they are super talented and diverse yet highly underrated. I recommend No Diggity, Black Mirror and Valkyrie for hype songs or Same Scent, Erase Me, Unforgettable and Luna for more mellow/vibe style.
As a Kpop fan, I loved Kpop after I loved Jrock. I think you should check out the GazettE. They're a Jrock group. I recommend their songs like Filth in the Beauty, Burial Applicant, Vortex, The Invisible Wall, Guren, Regret. All of those songs are different styles.
So there are 3 sub-units in stray kids, one of them 3-racha are the producing team. They write all of theres songs even for other idols they also make all of they beats and do msost of the composing. At beginings they even choreograft all their dances now they partisipated in it as for the music music videos editing, they have on of the most famos editor in korea and in the industry the name is Bang Jae-yeob I think.

I love your Stray Kids reactions. I also watched some of your anime reactions. Stray Kids (SKZ) has a song with LiSA, who is the queen of anime OST's. The song is called Social Path. It's a Japanese release. Also SKZ did an OST for an anime called Tower of God. It's called Top. They aren't all about transitions as much as SKZ or groups nowadays as they debuted in 2012 so they didnt have much to work with. But i tend to see them as " if skz was an underrated group,it would be them" mentality as they are apart of the same genre of music (very in your face, noise music).
They are also kind of a self composed group. Their earlier stuff, the company gave them but after 2015, the company made the boys write and compose all the ballads they wrote and a few of the up tempo songs.
PS. The group lasted 6 years as a 6 piece then became a 5 piece in early 2018

Loving your k-pop journey and reactions! So excited watching your reactions for Straykids though as I am a STAY. It would be impossible to pick only 3 favorite songs but I will give a few recommendations of which ones to follow down the rabbit hole 😅 Case 143, Venom, and Red Lights all have very different vibes but are all worth checking out on top of many many more.
It's also worth looking at their sub unit 3racha with their self titled song 3racha and also Heyday. I look forward to seeing you dive into the wonderful world of Straykids!
As for other kpop group recommendations I've been enjoying songs from the many factions of NCT. Would definitely check out NCT U -Baby Don't Stop, NCT Dream-Smoothie, NCT 127- Fact Check. Also recommend EXO- Cream Soda or Love Shot... I'll stop with those for now. Haha. Hope you enjoy the ride as much as I have!
