- Chin augmentation has become a very popular procedure, but do you know the risks when treating this area? In this clip I talk you through the anatomy and potential risks so you can stay safe when you next provide this treatment. #aesthetics #chinaugmentation #chinfiller #dermalfiller #medicalaesthetics
The exact reason that everyone should aspirate. I see a lot of experienced injectors skip this step for some reason. Everyone’s anatomy is different ❤ I have learned a ton from you. I’m a newby, so I’ve been binge watching your videos 🥰
What do you think about using a vein scanner, like Accuvein, as a routine method for determining a patient’s vascular anatomy prior to injecting?
So is it safer to get fillers or an implant? Or should I just leave my weak chin alone and deal with it
My point of view is that the internal friction- the experience you are having is the reason to treat, but absolutely some people can change the story with how they feel about their weak chin or other issue- but it's not a switch you can flick unfortunately. You need a reason to accept things as they are.
Objectively the chances are that the outside picture is not holding you back if you had some other way to feel absolutely certain about yourself without being even more beautiful.
Technically Fillers are probably safe and cheap enough to make them the best short term risk to reward, but there are many factors that could change this.
Implant is more expensive, and long term more of a solution, but you also have the downsides which is that you may not like it and have to live with it or spend a lot more and have surgery again.
I suggest a good long consultation to explore this with a practitioner you trust.
Genioplasty or chi implant?
If I have a chin implant can I still get filler?
Yes you can have filler on top of an implant, but it's important to inform your clinician that you do have an implant there so that they can take the necessary precautions with the technique they intend to use.
