1) I used ChatGPT and loved it and using it daily and any tester can start here bit.ly/chatgptfortesters
2) It's important to know about the basics of new tech eveyone is using and soon it will be common for all applications to have AI. Even project managers should know and all in IT about the new things
3) The more you know the better you can test and hence better would be your career
4) For utilizing to the best we should know and certifications are one of the ways to know it.
