Great video, very informative! I have the same four wheeler. It was leaking gas from the carb and wouldn't stay running at idle with/without throttle or choke so I replaced the carb and did all the maintenance you just showed while I was at it. Now my 4 wheeler will run smoothly at idle no choke but as soon as I start to hit the throttle it stalls out. This happens in neutral and in gear. Was thinking there may be some way to tune the carb but not sure and didn't see that in your video. Any thoughts on what the issue might be or insight on how to tune the carb?
Thanks If you replaced the carb with a ebay/Amazon special I could see you having running issues. As they usually don't perform well. As for tuning you can raise or lower the needle jet. That controls fuel from off idle to about 3/4 throttle. Then the main jet controls from about 3/4 to full throttle. If you have a new oem carb none of that should be needed tho.
