Cooking Basics 101: How to Use a Rice Cooker

@@joshmatthewson7154 I did what’s your research? Between the 2 Brown rice is more nutritious. All rice starts out as brown rice, then it goes through a stripping process removing fiber, vitamins, and minerals. It does the job of filling the stomach. Most dishes paired with white rice are nutritional, but white rice alone is basically an empty carb.
