  • Hello again, we are back with my old friend the Jaguar XF 3.0D.
In this episode it needs near rear brake pads and a new air filter.
    Thanks for watching.
Take care, Jeff and Jenny xx

Hi Alan and thank you. Yes that filter had seen better days or years should we say.
I've still got the DPF problems, so I have bought some good quality spray to go directly into the filter.
I will have to wait for my next long weekend, as I will be guaranteed a back and neck ache the next day.
      Take care, Jeff

Thanks Martin, still got the DPF problems, My father in law has bought some spray to put into the filter directly. I will film that on my next long weekend, as it will be a guaranteed neck and back ache.
      Take care, Jeff

Thanks Adam, some times it's nice to something different. The other side took 3 times as long as I lost the rewind bit.
Next week I might do a final final update on the Mobylette. I managed to get it running, there was no compression due to the weak valve spring. The problem now is that it does do far enough to decompress it. It also rev'd very fast as the slider was to high.
I have ordered two new cables as the others were very frayed.
I think I have fixed the leaking tank, but haven't tried it yet.
The following week it might be back to the Jaguar to try some DPF cleaner as the warning is still on. That will mean grovelling underneath it.
      Take care, Jeff

    Catching up on your videos.
One thing I've learned, I've had a couple of those LED Worklights for over a year and I never knew they had a red light (hold the on/off switch down) so thanks for that! 😂
Don't know what use it is apart from an emergency back light on my push-bike. 🤣

Hi and thanks for watching the videos, it's much appreciated. To be honest I didn't know they had red LEDs as well, only found out by mistake.
      Take care, Jeff

Hi Phil and thank you. I will mention the polly filter to my Father in law, certainly worth doing that as well. I doubt that's ever been changed either.
Still got the DPF filter problems, so I've got my Father in law to buy some good quality spray to go directly into the filter.
Standby for a impending back and neck ache.
      Take care, Jeff
