Si la situación en Ucrania no estuviera así, pues España como tercera ganadora del televoto, solo hubiese estado por detrás de Moldavia, hubiese ganado el festival, porque esos puntos se hubieran dividido entre Uk, España, Moldavia y hubiera beneficiado a España seguramente. For me, and for most Europeans, Chanel with Slomo is the real winning song, Ukraine has won out of sorrow and solidarity for the war, because the Ukrainian song is not a winning song, and the UK song has been second only for 7 points, which in eurovision is nothing, the chanel song with choreography and singing at the same time, is much more difficult to do, and it turned out wonderfully, therefore the undisputed winner is Chanel (SPAIN)!! Should not opened a debate on the changes made EBU in votes that gave the 6 countries affected? Romania complains that changed all their vote, their 12 points were for Moldova and EBU gave them think Ukraine. Azerbaijan also denounced the change of all their votes, they granted 12 points to Ukraine and the EBU was granted to the United Kingdom. But what is this ? What is waiting for EBU to give a truthful explanation?
We also talked about the commentator on RAI Italian who asked not to be voted to Spain during the broadcast of video memory during voting? This is outrageous and no one will have discussions or say anything.

I always felt like the original version lacked something... but then they added the trumpets, and some other elements into the instrumental, and some runs in her voice, and I was just gobsmacked! It felt like a winner's performance. It was my 15th before the contest but with all the stuff they added it's now my 4th. How on earth is she not out of breath I will never know...
Totally agree, the studio version drags a little towards the end, but my god this version is perfection! She brought it, and then some!!

The team behind the creation and promotion of SloMo are geniuses. They have known exactly from day 1 how to choreograph so that she can sing while moving (props also to her intense training, sing and dancing like that is auper hard to do) but also they introduced small changes everytime without losing the escense of the song. There were other songs in Eurovision that changed a lot and I think it affected them.
@@avg18 watching it again, the whole thing is a masterpiece. The backing dancers are not just there, they are totally part of the performance and adding more than just presence. The slow motion bits with the strobe lighting are perfectly simple but phenomenally executed, and also the trust Chanel needs for those dancers to to do everything they need to for her is mind blowing! Beyond flawless!!

The performance was epic and I loved it as well as your reaction. It is not easy to dance and sing well at the same time and they have elevated the song to the highest level with the fan, the spanish trumpets and an additional, breathtaking choreography and singing in te end. And one of the dancers mentioned after the show that the jacket that Chanel was wearing is quite heavy.....incredible!
The extra of this performance is mind blowing! Simple but well executed additions to the song took it to another level!
