    Loved this one Alice thank you. Sometimes I get lost in the movement and loose the breathing but figure just keep trying.

    Thank you Alice. I have just done this one after yesterday’s, so closer to half an hour. I’m finding space etc etc tricky on holiday. I was rolling into a suitcase 😂

    Loved it apart from the rolling! I don't get it - can't feel what it's doing in my body... Could you explain? I always inwardly groan whenever we get to the rolling in a routine 😂

      Hi Selina! Definitely fine to prefer some moves to others 😂 hypopressives are a whole body fitness technique so lots of variation to help get lots of lovely benefit. Rolling is really about a different way to spiral, core strength and co-ordination and it is really hard, especially without the leg coming up to help you roll over. I struggled with this one initially but it's so much easier for me now! 💙
