Not my usual sort of film on this channel. More of a record of the damage to the woodland of Kirkcarrion near Middleton in Teesdale after the strong winds brought by Storm Arwen back in November 2021.
NEW FEATURE: If you have enjoyed this film and found it informative why not "buy me a coffee" as a reward for my time and efforts? www.buymeacoff...
You will see that there is no sponsorship within the film, Andy makes these films solo and free from affiliation to share his days out on the landscape where he sketches and paints.
Thank you

Hi Laurence, thank you for the message and the emails.
Lovely to see you back Andy -brightened my day. I am however saddened to see the impact of the storm on Kircarrion. Take care Andy
Thanks Casey. Yes, sad to see the trees down but that's nature I suppose
Glad you are back 🤞
Thank you Michele
Welcome back bro! Long time no see x
The power of winds never fail to amaze...i remember passing nearby along the PW..a great place for photographs...sad to see fallen trees, but thats the way things are.
Yes, mind you it is a very open spot up there so the trees need to be in their prime to survive.
I was wondering the other day when you would put out the next video. Nice to get another.
Thanks Steven, apologies that it has been a while, I have just been busy. More films to come soon.
@@AndyBeckTeesdale excellent. I have recently purchased the Wainwright outlying fells book after seeing your series on them. Cant wait to try them.
Hi new to your channel great video and footage very nice well done big thumbs up 👍 from me and new subscriber here cheers
Are the rock piles stumps
Hi Ana, no, the piles of rocks are cairns, usually built to mark a significant location or high point.
