This talk is pretty much the one you presented back in Oct of 2022. Just curious as to whether there is any further research/stats etc since that time? In particular regarding Tulsa focal therapy. Thank you

Would appreciate hearing your thoughts on MRI LINAC. Do you think this will be the future gold standard in high dose radiation delivery?

The bone scan showed no spread . Am i considered as Intermediate Risk Prostate Cancer ? Should i do Radiation therapy with or without hormone therapy ?

Today I watched Dr. Arvin George Johns Hopkins and Dr. Matthew Cooperberg from UCSF on Back Table Urology CZcams Channel. Granted, I’m not doctor, but Gleason 4+3=7 in called Unfavorable Intermediate, as apposed to Favorable Intermediate which is Gleason 3+4=7 (there may be some other qualifiers). Some institutions, like Johns Hopkins and UCSF do ablation therapy for 4+3, but there are another dozen or more considerations to quality you for ablation therapy. I suggest getting 2-3 opinions and do your own research. Another excellent Doctor is Mark Emberton at University of College of London. His trial study was published in 2022 on about 1,400 men who had HIFU ablation therapy and survival rates.
