Tim , you go to some of the coolest shows ! I think it would be so much fun to attend a truck show like this. The little boy inside of me has always liked big trucks. My dad was a truck driver for 30 yrs so it’s ingrained in me.
When I was looking inside that truck I was thinking about how much has changed. And zero driver comfort..... Could not imagine driving that GMC full time everyday. We have gotten spoiled with some luxuries! 🙂👍

Back along about 1970 7370 somewhere around there I can remember coming out of California into the Vegas Port of Entry and they used to have a dude there that if you had extra lights on your truck he would make sure that they didn't work before you left. Got a lot of complaints it didn't last long they start allowing some extra lights on trucks wow there's extra lights on those trucks you have to turn them down going down the road nice tour of the place were you trying to show us what all was going on or would you or you lost I have been lost in that pay setting up a RV show and also when there was a concert ZZ Top about 20,000 people
Been there many times,love the old classic trucks, last time I was there I seen a large display of aftermarket truck parts manufactured in China and decided I could not attend anymore but it is a great show.im talking suspension parts ETC that that could kill somebody if they fail

I gotta get to truck shows it’s been a while cause I just began a construction company I’m busting my ass with my 3 employees……….. that sounded very wrong 😆you know what I mean though😆 I’m working my ass off lol 😆 I got 4 trucks to pay for. For now we hauling material in my 3 dump trucks and I also own a lowboy trailer and a step deck flatbed I pull we stay local. Whatever I can fit on those trailers I’ll take to make funds. I purchased a flatbed bumper pull trailer for the dump truck I also own 2 smaller excavators and a loader. Construction/trucking company basically

@@THROTTLEPOWER I worked previously at a towing and recovery company and a drywall supply company I got my CDL over at that hellhole of a job that job fucked me up. I left that after 6 years and went to towing and recovery for 4 years . Went right on a rotator wrecker and also drove a lowboy truck. Did mechanics there too of course being that you need to know that. I got sick of long hours getting home late waking up late at night or early in morning having to leave her alone in bed lol was rough on me I worked like a ox enough I wasn’t in shape at my teenage job which was working at the drywall supply company I was thin i started building myself up in my early 20s which I really regret because I should of worked out years earlier. I just never got to it or felt for it because of all the damn shit I had on my plate. Right now I’m 26 years old 215 pounds mostly muscle, I pushed myself and went for it any time I could get. I bought workout equipment at my house I push myself to workout everyday. I’m finally happy it’s rough having your own business. I saved and won money from drag racing my cars (another hobby of mine) Only expense I had as a teenager was my truck I still saved money I then moved out of my parents house at 22 worked my ass off at towing job making good money. Married got a house and nice property nice shop built behind my house areas for my vehicles along with another shed for them. Going well man all I gotta do it keep going at it and building up more.

I have been out of state trucking before but I get home as quick as possible even though I have 2 trucks with sleepers on them I almost never use them I want to go home and relax with my wife. No kids yet. Hate leaving her alone obviously. I haul machines too and whatever goes on my flatbed. That’s it dude gotta grind take the pay. I have 2 previous co workers working for me currently I might get some friends coming and my father too also drives trucks for a living . Him having a B class CDL I might make him drive dump truck that’s the best. My 2 employees, one has Class B the other don’t have anything yet. Get it all built up and see how it goes thanks man 👍🏼👍🏼
