I'm excited to see how these will be used in comp. Just imagine a moving zone and everyone is just rotating in these. Fraggers will need to find a new way to get kills and damage

i'd reccomend using the armored wall on wood. there is no hp increase depending on what material its placed on. might as well save your better resources! hope this helps! 👍

Idk if it’s a glitch or what, but I landed on lazy lake and out of a chest I got a gold shockwave launcher. At first I was confused because I didn’t hear a thing about they being added but I figured it must be brand new. Then I saw the fund poster and saw the shockwave launcher in there with like very little funding and got even more confused.

@@oscar-xy5dj Nope. I've found several shockwave launchers and rifts. They still haven't fixed the rift problem, though. You can grab items when you rift, so they're not nearly as useful.
The Shockwave launcher and Rift is now in the game , I've got it like from every chest

Ok hear me out, fortnite could bring back traps and have them damage the player who places them for half damage (nerd them to 100 damage on opponents) and if you don't get out of the way before the trap activates it damages you, cause after all it is a spike going through you and it doesn't make sense not to damage you... so traps damage opponents for 100 per trap and 50 to the person who placed it if they stay within radius (trap cannot activate without enemy in range) I feel this would be a more balanced system for traps

You can also use the armoured wall against AR spray, very useful for if you need to revive a teammate or heal up

I played a game and some drone boxed himself in to heal cuz I was totally like dominating and I took this as an opportunity to keep him trapped. I had like 10 walls and we stayed there for a while the poor guy was trying to break out but I kept replacing the wall funniest thing ever

Before I begin my actual comment, I would like to apologize in advance for my inadequate level of English proficiency. I am not a native speaker of the world's current lingua franca which unfortunately leads to me making numerous embarrassing mistakes being made whenever I attempt to communicate using this language. Whenever I am reminded of how I lack the ability to convey my thoughts in an eloquent manner, I feel as though I have committed a cardinal sin, as though every English teacher in the world is simultaneously shaking their head and sighing due to how utterly disappointed they are at me.
Although I know that saying sorry to those of you who are reading my comment will not change the fact that I fail miserably to write and speak perfect English, I am writing this as a way to deter a certain type of people who cannot stand poor English (Also known informally as Grammar Nazis) from mocking me by posting unwanted and unnecessary comments detailing my every blunder. In my humble opinion, making grammatical errors should be perfectly acceptable as native speakers should not expect non-native speakers to be able to communicate in their second or third languages eloquently. If you are able to completely understand what the other person wrote, is there really a problem with what they've written? No, because the entire concept of communication is the exchange of information between other intelligent beings, which means that no matter how the exchange of information is made, as long as the information is accurately shared there is not a fundamental issue with their ability to communicate. To see it in another way, remember that someone who isn't fluent in English is fluent in another language. When you think about it this way, isn't it impressive for someone to speak a second language in any capacity? Having empathy and respect are qualities that are sorely missing for far too many people these days, especially on the internet.
That being said, I am aware that not all netizens who correct others are doing it to ridicule and shame. There are some who do so with the intent to help others improve and grow. However, displaying the failures of other people publicly will cause the person who is criticized to feel negative emotions such as shame and sadness due to the fact that their mistake has been made obvious which severely undermines the point they were trying to make in spite of their unfamiliarity with the English language. In most circumstances people are not looking for language help when they post anything online. Most people just want to enjoy themselves and have a good time on the internet which is why I would not encourage correcting other people regardless of your intentions. If you really do want to help others with their spelling or grammar, I would highly recommend you to help via messaging privately because not only will you not embarrass anyone, you can also go more in-depth with your explanation which I'm sure the other person will greatly appreciate if they want help, but I digress. I know that I've written a bit of an essay, but I hope I've made my points clear.

If you hug the opposite wall from the trap you wont get hit by it
Best traps in order. Spike Traps, Poison Dart Traps, Freeze Trap, and Armored Trap.

I'm confused. The rifts and the shockwave launcher were in the game last night. So was that just a tease to give people a chance to try both and now they're gone again so we can choose which we want back?
@@billybatson7852 they accidentally released them early. They put both in the files so they can be added right when the bar goal was met and I guess activated them early
@@gfcmayor That makes sense. They were in the game for a while, too. At least a couple of hours. I like the idea of both being in the game, but they've broken the rifts, it seems. Unless there's a trick to it, I can no longer pick up an item from the ground when I activate the rift. This is a major drawback and makes the rift much less useful for rotation.
@@gfcmayor Oh, btw, just in case you haven't found the answer yet... yes, the shockwave launcher will break the armored wall. It's one of the first things that Nick Eh 30 tested out. The Venom and Carnage mythics cause 1500 damage, so that's a second way to counteract it, but you have to use two hits, unfortunately.
if heavy sniper comes back, it is going to be VERY effective on the trap walls
bro I get so hype when he kills those sweats. He still claps them and he has a life XD.
It will be interesting to see how it shakes out but my biggest fear is being in the oven box with fireflies like he did to that one guy. Could be good for defensive or could backfire if used defensively.

It's too OP! When you are boxed (by the enemie or by yourself) and the enemie places that wall trap thing on every wall, it takes too long to get out! Or you get burned or you die in the storm!
