I liked the old trap system. Launch pads, bouncers, traps, turrets, poison darts, and the few others that aren’t around. Such an insane concept not really in other games. Too bad they got rid of it
i actually liked the directional jump pads. they should just add it to creative at least

@@Bruh_Moment.. yea I get that, I didn’t play when they were in but I think the idea was that was so early on and the Bouncer was a much more useful and practical trap, otherwise this trap would need a redesign I like the idea of it though totally agree it should be in creative
I don't know if they were op. When people got good it was so annoying when if you got boxed, they would just a stairs inside the box to avoid damage and put the box full of traps
@@onniruusunen9444 could always lower damage to 75 and have a 5 second reload time or something 🤷♂️ still would work that way

Re-watching og moments just doesn't feel the same. There was a certain feeling that can't ever be recreated because of how simple fortnite was back then. I remember building so many cones then hiding under one and jumpscaring anyone running by to get the floor loot.
I will forever miss 50v50. My favorite game mode by far
It wouldnt be that hard to add traps into the game agian. Zero build has its own features like impulse grenades and porta forts that arent in build modes, so they could just do the opposite.
We gotta miss the launch pad, arguably one of the best rotate items in fortnite!

I remember playing Fortnite 6 years ago, 2017. Season 2. I was in middle school and now I have already been graduated for over a year now. It’s crazy how much my life has changed, and how much the games we play have changed.
Never bringing back trap items because people refuse to learn how to build will go down as one of the biggest mistakes Epic has ever made with Fortnite.
They have two many for one to matter above all. Completely milked the game for all it was worth and refused to backtrack when player count fell

I think they need a throwback season where default goes to normal old map old guns just for a season so the new players cane xperience what we did and the old players can return to their sweet old pleasant park and dusty devot homes

its so crazy to think about cause back in the day every week everyone was talking about the new things in fortnite. I specifically remember being in a privat math class and the teacher was gone for like 2 sec and some funny guy put on a clip of the brand new quads and how you can fly around with them. Now im out of school. Its crazy how time flies

There was actually a glitch in tilted town that lazarbeam showed off that allowed you to build by pre-editing your cone to be in the pringle pattern, then you could build with that anywhere in tilted town

Used to have show grass of all the time, you could se people cresting hills a little bit earlier and get the jump on them before they did. Cracked Settiing. Also its still in Save The World if ur like me and still play that
