I am writing to share my recent experience with MI products and their customer service. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with both the product and the customer service, and I would not recommend purchasing MI products in the future.
In my case, I had to make a warranty claim due to a small scratch on the product. Despite the scratch being insignificant and not affecting the product's functionality, the warranty claim was denied. I was informed that MI uses a magnifier to check for scratches and that the product needed to be in new condition to qualify for a warranty claim.
This was a disappointing experience, and I feel that MI's warranty claim policy is unfair and unreasonable. As a result, I wanted to share my experience with you and caution against purchasing MI products.
