I first did your video that you posted 3 years yesterday and thought how could a 5 minute arm workout with such lightweights be that effective - thankfully I was wrong. Ok, I just did it and it's tough. I can't figure out why this and the other arm workout ,are so tough unless it is using smaller "helper muscles" that don't get used as often? I find other workouts with heavier weights not feeling as intense as these 2.lb. weight exercises.

I just did Friday's workout for the 30 day challenge. It was good, but I was feeling the pain from yesterday. It wasn't too bad though. My muscles were just telling me that they've been working.

Was following another arm video of yours ( the one with the Justin Bieber song 😂) all this time but this one just popped up in my recommended and I was happy to try something a little bit different! I use 5 pound weights when I do these and always do the punches when I feel like I can't do a certain movement. Either way I really can feel a difference in my arms when I finish, hopefully I can keep being consistent for real results. ☺️
Just love it , taking my guilt of not going to the gym, we need a 4 min for the legs 😍
