    one thing i learned about this drill is if you think too much of what foot you're going to use, you're going to mess up the routine. it's not bad to make a mistake though. just keep doing it until it feels natural. it also help to swing your arms accordingly. icky shuffle is my favorite here.

    Always keep in mind to keep your hips low and eyes up, try to keep your eyes up instead of looking down, you will find your footwork to be much better as progressing through these, also to stay on your toes and try to keep off of your heels as much as possible

    I'm naturally a slow runner, slow with both pace and acceleration, my time with short distance run like 100m, 200m, 400m are really bad, but I'm really good at mid-long distance race like 800m, 1600m, 3000m and even some x-country race.
    Is this training going to help with acceleration? If so, by how much normally? I want to know because I don't want to waste time training with these routines if they are not too useful for my body type.

    My ONLY problem is sometimes I dont know what foot to step in with... Like for the double leg run, I dont know if I step in with my dominate foot or not.. Please help? :o

    Hi there, have you considered "Musclegion" (just search on Google for it ...)? On their website you will find a smart free video featuring how to develop noticeable muscles really fast. This helped Brandon to break through his body building stagnation and build ripped lean body mass free of fat super fast. Hopefully it will help you too...

      the ladders come in a range from 3 to about 6 meters. Most trainers use the shorter ones but you can fold the longer ones in half so that people with more endurance or higher fitness levels can use it too.

    Obviamente cualquier ejercicio que hagas te va a servir, así como cualquier cosa que levantes sirve como pesa...lo que jamás entenderé es porque ponen esos ejercicios de saltar llantas, bordear conos, brincar escaleras acostadas!!! no creo que sirva de mucho eso y no creo que puedan probar que si sirve,,,es mejor un buen calentamiento y una cascarita, sentadillas, sprints, subir escalones, estiramientos, subir cuestas, lo clásico.

      No te imaginas el impacto que puede tener un trabajo con escalera en el juego de un futbolista, basketbolista o jugador de futbol americano, estas cosas te capacitan para mover tus pies con precicion en espacios reducidos con fuerza y calidad, te capacitan para cambiar de direccion con mayor agilidad y elasticidad, definitivamente a veces es mejor pensar antes de abrir la boca.

      como dije antes, cualquier ejercicio que hagas sirve...si te pones como pendejo a darle vueltas a un coco seco también te sirve...pero si eres deportista de toda la vida, aunque sea amateur, sabrás que esas tonterías de brincar conitos y saltar cuerditas SON PENDEJADAS y es perder tiempo dejando de hacer ejercicios que realmente te lleven adelante como deportista!!! nada suple a las pesas en sentadillas, al sprint, al sprint en cuestas, al sprint en six zag, al sprint jalando peso, al subir escaleras, al estiramiento, al trote y a la cascarita...POR DONDE LA MIRES y desde ahorita te mando a chingar a tu madre por metiche puto.(jajajaja ahí me veo de pendejo brincando conitos y saltando cuerditas...el futbol es deporte de hombres no de payasos)

      raul mar Puedo aostar que no sabes nada de deporte, agilidad y velocidad, yo voy a gimnasio y entreno americano, hago todo eso de las sentadillas y sprint, eso solo te da fuerza, los ejercicios como los del video,de dan agilidad y velocidad, con solo pesas tu cuerpo se pone tronco, estos ejercicios te dan elasticidad a su vez, y a ayudar a tus tendones a que sean mas blandos, ya que el gym te los pone duros, no hables sin saber, saludos :*
