One things for sure, Visma looks to be down heading into the Tour, whereas UAE are heading up. All signs point to advantage Tadej. Last years Visma team was really strong, they were able to sweep all the Grand Tours, but the question was about strongest TDF team, and Roglic wasn't at the Tour last year. 2022 was a really strong Jumbo Visma team when they took shots at Tadej. Can't say this years UAE is the strongest ever, but they certainly look to be the strongest team of the year.

I noticed on Chris Horners channel that he thinks uae are not at their strongest,
i have not fully watched it, mainly because i feel his analysis is slightly of as uae as you pointed out that when pog is in the team that they are indeed a better team for it, his team know he is on fire this season & that this year's tdf has his best chance yet if all goes well of winning so the team will do what ever is required to support pog, regarding visma i don't think anybody else is sure about them either, due to injuries & the lack of vans presence in races building up to tdf, bora i think will be aiming for the green jersey as well as stage wins,.
Either way the 2024 tdf will be yet another fascinating chapter in the races history & one not to be missed.

Will Netflix be at this year's Tour again? If so, then it'll be another Visma win. Past two years can't just be a coincidence can it?? Visma riders are clearly motivated by the Netflix cameras! 😄

It is the strongest climbing team. But there really is no use in having so many GC guys in your team if your main goal is to win the overall race. At the end it will only come down to whether Pogi is stronger than Jonas.

Not really. The team will have huge impact. 2021 Pogi was probably stronger than 2021 Jonas, but Pogi cracked because he was racing Roglic and WVA at the same time as Jonas!

_If I were Patrick Lefevre..._ (aside from begging forgiveness and joining a convent), I'd accept the inevitable Remco-climbing-collapse BEFORE the Tour begins, then bring Merlier AND Alaphilippe along to create a Three-Pronged Quick-Step Attack for Stages - aim for 6-8

Sky, Radio Shack, Discover all had stacked racers that had very specific roles. UAE Is stacked with lots of overall riders that seem to be league above that can do everything.
IMO having one rider winning #1 is the goal

he wins a tour 9mins ahead of the all pack. Finish stages without a sign of fatigue. During one stage an Italian rider tried to follow him like 500m…a pro rider not a junior and he had to stop. Yates is now flying like when he was at this prime. Yes that team is very good. UAE is ex Lampre notoriously famous and I will let you do your own research on whom they have employed as sport directors (Fabrizio Guidi, Andrej Hauptman…)
