    Thanks Vas, great information. The tyres on the Xmax explode, couldn't believe it but they're crap. We changed to Loise and not a problem again. Have a good weekend mate.

    Thanks for size comparison, been looking for nice tyres for big rock. As soon as you showed that Louise on maverick, it's perfect for big rock. Yes need to change the hex. Thanks for the info and comparison, much appreciated 👍

    Interesting insight in to tyre choice . Will definitely help . My next set will be belted , as my Revo blows up tyres 😂. Great video, thanks 🙏🏼.

    I am such a tire fiend bro! Allot of people dont think about the actual tunability that comes with different tires. I love trying every tire I can for my trucks I've found for two wheel drive a chevron pattern run backwards works awesome. If that makes sense lolol. I'm actually trying some imex brand 1/5 tires on my xmaxx right now ✌️👍👍🤙

    The old standard for 1/8th truck and truggy was 3.2inch. I wonder if those Louise wheels are that size?

    I wish that a lot of the rc wheels were standard size to make it easier to understand, since you can't see them in person most of the time. I'm trying to find some good wheels for my big rock and running into so many problems. All say 2.8 but some are too tall or too wide or too short, its ridiculous. Then the rims some rub on the knuckles... Going to try some roapex wheels next. Just got 2 sets. All this just to say I feel your pain and good vid!

    That big Louise looks like it's 3.2", the ordinal TMaxx/Savage size rim.

    Ive looked at louise a few times, even thought about running a set of 1/5 tires on the reeper with 24mm hex adapters, but i dont know exactly how heavy alot of these tires are compared to stock, should be very interesting to see difference with new tires and gyro on the hpi

    I want to truggify my Carson Virus 6S. I look for a 130-140 wheel, 7 to 9cm wide. The MT uphill would do it, but they are only 14mm hex, I need 17

    my only concern is wheel dureability. I dont know how dureable the wheels are since i have a lot of side hits on the wheels and would probably break them if theyre not super strong. Id use them on my 3s ECX AMP MT that weighs like 5lbs, and i kinda bash hard lol

    Hey mate, I have the ST Uphill tyres but I was wondering if you think they'd be a good fit for the HPI Jumpshot ST Flux or would they be too large?

    • @AussieRCPlayground
      @AussieRCPlayground  Před 2 lety

      The ST tyres were designed to suit Stadium Trucks, so they would be a perfect fit for the Jumpshot ST. 😉
