I think it's possible that they couldn't get David Hayter nor Paul Edling to reprise the role in Ape Escape 3 due they were busy voicing the two characters in Metal Gear Solid 3 and it's released at the same year Ape Escape 3 as well.
Now I want someone to ask David Hayter to redo these lines in his voice.

The Metal Gear Solid theme was never used again because it turns out it was plagiarized from a Russian composer from the 70's.......this bizarre moment might be the very last time they used this song in the metal gear series.

TheBoomerPride If you played Metal Gear Solid 3 you would know that before he was big boss he was Snake and after he killed his mother at the end of the game who her name was The Boss after Snake killed her he gained the title of Big Boss so the modle they used here was the Snake modle who would later become Big Boss
