      Great positive message Jonny. I’m 51 years old and when I was in my early 20’s out of the military I started using PED’S and I’ve blown off my heart test’s saying it won’t happen to me. Wrong! I’m starting to become tired a lot more than normal and sometimes dizzy headed feeling along with headaches. I wish I could save some of these young men or anyone from what the early use of “gear” can do and your life is worth so much more than a chiseled body for a brief period in your life. For the most part if you just workout and eat right most guys don’t need anything until they hit 45 years old anyway. Thank you for your advice and platform so I can at least reach maybe one young man. God bless you all.

    • @bostinroid4434
      @bostinroid4434 Před měsícem +10

      More men should be on test. Steroids are a medicine first. It's not test, it's 19-nor derivitives (tren)and bodybuilder-level doses. Use just test at a therapeutic dose and a man is healthier in almost every metric we gauge health. As long as he's not predisposed to prostate cancer or heart issues he will be better off. Even with heart issues there are steps to prevent cardiac remapping.

    What's scary for me till this day is that i had the honour to speak with Rich Piana, John Meadows and Jerry Ward, all shortly before they passed. All three told me unless i want to be the best IFBB in the world and am ready to put all my life, time, money and health on the line, then don't do gear, and instead find something else your great at in fitness and do that to inspire and motivate people.

    Couldn't agree with you more, Jon! This is such a sad state of affairs regarding these early deaths, along with the heart conditions! Steroid abuse is cutting their lives easily in half. Wish I could say education regarding the abuse would change their thinking but I don't think that would even help at this point.

      Usually it's not, it's more common for people who have poor diets and drink alcohol like most to have worse health problems than guys who run gear. I take test, Tren ace and anadrol and I feel great, when I was eating like a regular person and didn't run gear or workout I felt terrible. I genuinely believe if a person has genetically good cardio vascular health then steroids aren't a bad thing used with moderate doses.

    I CAN'T BELIEVE IM SAYING THIS. I have always been a big fan of bodybuilding( I loved it). Im someone who never will use steroids, therefore never really seeing the danger of the sport. Growing stronger in my faith every day the holy spirit has opened my eyes to the destructive path this leads men down, not to mention the negative impact this is having on our youth. We must get rid of substance abuse at all costs because its wage is death. Im praying for all. Life is the only trophy we should be chasing after.

    It’s an addiction..steroids. A guy at my gym on steroids once walked in and lifted free wts & grew angry with his image in the mirror. I was sitting on a bench in front of said mirror. He threw his wts that hit me in the ankle. I turned to see his angry face. He couldn’t even see he. I gave him a shout but turned back to curls. He then threw his water bottle at his image in the mirror & walked out. Nvr saw him again. My son said, nvr test a roid rager. I said, Irs my gym too. I dare him.
