Unbelievable! Pete, I came home today from a really bad day. I'm sick and sore and in a foul mood. Then this episode came on and you just made my day. My wife and I chuckled at your antics and just overall brighten my day. What makes your channel so special? You and Hillary being normal. No drama, no b.s. Just honest recording of basic beautiful people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your life with your viewers. It means a lot to many of us!

Hi Pete, I’m Gina and you saved me $750.00 today. Just as I was about to hit the buy button on some fancy, schmancy newfangled raised bed thingys, your voice popped into my head…”USE WHAT YOU HAVE” so I dragged my lazy rear out into an unused field and pulled perfectly good 4x4 fence posts I can use to MAKE those raised beds. Pete, I love your channel. I greatly appreciate your gentleness, peacefulness and your bad jokes. I’ve been in love with farms and old tractors since I was a kid. The day after I graduated from high school I went to work as a hired hand on a dairy farm in Vermont. Those days are long behind me, but your channel revives all the things I loved about that life. A man 93 years old still does work around his farm. Admittedly, not as much as he did in his younger days, but he says it keeps him young.
It's so nice to see the farm coming back to life after winter.

those green things you called "ramps". They look to me like what are called in England wild garlic or "ransoms" When I was a kid our cows used to get into them in the spring and the milk would be garlic flavoured; the milk couldn't be sold but we still had to have it on our cerial!

Hey Pete, it's hard to imagine one of the "high tech" tractors still working on 40 years. The contacts in the switches, the servos, the computers, non of which will be available anymore, will all fail leaving a unusable hulk. Is this really progress? Regarding the rocks, I know I personally move mine several times before they end up in a borrow pit. Never ends. Thanks for the continued videos!😊

We had one road sweeper in Peckham London Uk he worked for the council for all his working life he made his broom last all that time he had 40 new handles and 45 new heads . On his retirement he was given a award for it

I did not clean the lid. Pretty futile when the chickens are right there constantly kicking up dust. Makes no difference anyway.

Pete- take your grill to the farmers market and show people how you do it. Give out samples. Make up a fancy name for the chops and charge double. People spend big when they think they are missing out. 😂

Hi Pete, you inspired us to buy Dexter, a dream cone true. We started with a bull an 3 heifers, July 2022. We have 2 of our first calves, waiting on the 3rd. So far both are black. I know you will one day be in the market for a replacement for Titus, would like to share a picture of our bull calf with you.
