- Today I bring to you SUNCITY ESTATE. This is the oldest estate in the southern part of the city, it's about 15-18 min from the city centre and has been in existence now for over 13yrs. It has been growing ever since as it keeps expanding with new structures.

Please my brother the next time you see a beautiful solid building that looks that modern and it is a Hospital, please because of God (Go and show us the inside of the Hospital) so that we will know that there is a real Hospital in these Cities. I always look forward to your videos. Am looking for those HIDDEN GEMS in Nigeria. You've made me pay real close attention to Abuja. Now, when I want to relocate, Abuja, is on the list of where I will explore before deciding where to stay. Am also looking at Uyo, and Port Harcourt. I love Lagos, and lived there for over 35 years, and just don't want to go and live there again. I love visiting it. That's good enough for me. Quick question. Do you have any idea why the roads are not so good? Don't they have an estate maintenance management?
Most Estate have a service charge that is being used to maintain the streets , security and other stuffs. For the Estates that ensure payments and are serious about what they doing, you will always see the streets properly maintained
Very nice estate, it meets modern standards. Side walks are available. The developers gave nice consideration to trees and greenery. It's pertinent to state here that the original plan of Abuja is to have well maintained trees and flowers in every house all over the territory. It's sad to say that the enforcement has been carried out only by the late Mamman Vatsa, when he was the Minister of the FCT, Federal Capital Territory

This estate is beautifu but did they have bungalows for sale or someone will buy a land and build. The truth is that you've made me fall inlove with abuja, and I can't wait to move to this city
