One of the oldest estate in the city of Abuja.
I wanted to be able to mix the old and the new showing you guys all that if found in this city. I know that some people may only want to see the new and shinning structures but a balance must be brought into play. Anyways I hope guys like the video and subscribe if you haven't already.

Brings back memories. I also stayed in Kado for a week or so on my first is it too, at Kado Guest House. The owner and the family are sooooo lovely. The people of Kado are actually very nice although the area is not being kept up as much. The government should use the competititive nature of Nigerians to their own advantage by making neighbourhoods compete against each other in various categories of cleanliness, greenery and maintenance. The older houses really remind me of the older Lagos house designs in Ikeja. They have new estates on the main expressway which I saw on my last visit.

I'm happy that you did this video. I noticed the following: dilapidated buildings, absence of pedestrian sidewalks, bad roads, planting of trees under high tension cables. But I saw some nice houses towards the end of the video. Is it a Civil servants estate? The place needs some face-lift

It's interesting that the FCT government allow people to build houses without sewer systems. Do you @Bigwillz know what percentage of Abuja has good working sewer system? Great job bro. I'm enjoying your video vlog a whole lot. Thanks.
The sewer system is fine, I think. The gutters there are mainly empty or dry. Although, I absolutely hate open gutters.
TEchi World Abuja city has a central sewer system and some of the communities around the city center. Some of these communities have some open gutters but are mainly empty and dry. They need to be covered thou.
Is Kado on the outskirts of Abuja?
