The best advice I can give you: DON'T.
The dealership system is predatory and broken. To start out you will make beans while mgmt forces you to harass and lie to customers just to sell them a car and incentivize you with a measly commission. To end-- you will STILL make beans, except by this time you may have become a cheating, thieving, predatory part of the dealership system that puts a meager profit above all else.
If you like cars, start a car review channel. Don't work in the car-selling business until selling moves fully online-- direct-to-consumer (which will happen in a few yrs).
