#topgunmaverick - Zábava
What is the hardest thing you've tried to accomplish in your life?
I've been tryna keep up with you guys. Where have you been? So great to see you again!
P.I I notice you said if God is all loving why did he punish people. When does it ever say God will give you a hug if you kill someone or rape someone. It's called a sin lol. Also God punished his chosen people the jews. Now if a dad whoops his son with with belt, does he still love him? Yes he does. That's why God says we have a father son relationship. He's not a lovey dovey God all the time. He punishes wicked people. It says I the bible he's a God a war. Out of his own mouth he says that. He is a strong being, and shows love to his chosen. Just like your dad does. Think about it. Our people were serving stone rocks, just imagine your God and you make people and they start worshiping a rock saying "you made me" that's pure wikidness. You made that rock and they bow to it. So he isn't a lover dover who loves everyone like Christians teach. he's righteous and punishes and destroys who goes. against him. Also you said "omg God killed so many people"!!. When you kill an ant do you care at all. If you say you do, you are a LIAR
Completing U.S Navy SWCC training was the hatdest thing I ever did
Loving somone I know I will lose
Pullin' out.
All the actors were in the backseat filming in real F18’s flown by US Navy pilots. All the jet shots are real and the actors are really feeling the G’s
Well not quite ALL the jet shots... the Tomcat and Su-57 shots were CGI.
So you didn't understand why the "facility" is a threat and why it is necessary to stop them?
Yeah that drove me nuts. They didn't glorify killing people... they saved countless lives.
@Linerunner99 Yes. And I'm sorry but the comparison to the Navy taking orders to blindly following the Nazis was way out of pocket.
@@michaeljacyna1973 How they were blindly following orders just like nazis
@@ethenstokes7608 If you don't understand the difference, I'm not going to be the one to give you an education 🤦♂️
No, I did not. Can you explain?
I ain't mad. The only thing I heard is that the actors actually had to really fly this time.
Bruh, when you join the military, you give the right to ask questions 💯
Even retired Admirals/Generals have an enormous amount of influence. Especially since Iceman commanded the entire Pacific Fleet, he should have a lot of friends and a lot of favors.
28:15. You just nailed it. They literally put cameras in the jets and filmed. Most exterior shots are usually filmed from helicopters but they wanted shots that could keep up with the jets so they hired a company called Cenijet. That allowed them to get the exterior shots that they would otherwise not be able to get.
"Bone on bone" is not what I expected 18:50 . Hilarious
It’s a uranium enrichment plant. A key factor in the creation of Nukes. It is definitely something you don’t want to have around. Considering this nation built it in violation of a treaty that could give you a pointer into what their intentions are.
I don’t care what nation has them or tries to get them no nukes should exist, and when you have nations randomly making plant’s especially in violation of a treat it’s a cause for concern
Also that Comparison to the nazis is pretty silly
Very much liked this reaction and your presentation of what I suppose is a philosophical perspective, entirely legitimate. You are the general audience. That audience is mostly non military.
When you raise your right hand, you swear to obey the orders of those appointed above you. Throughout all the history of mankind, you will NEVER find a military who, if they question things on each occasion, will ever choose to go out and get shot at. People will always listen to their feelings and decide sending them out to get killed must have some problem with the rationale of the decision. This will ALWAYS happen. And that's why there is an oath. If you don't want to lose every single war and have your wives and daughters raped by the occupation forces, you don't let the people on the battlefield vote to leave.
And . . . you have this carefully explained to you before you take the oath. Your decision about killing and its wrongness is a decision you make before you take the oath. Not after having routine duties for some years, living a comfortable life, and then being told to go and maybe die, and be on the transport tomorrow at 0600. You don't choose then.
You already chose.
owenirc. What you said is true, but not quite. You are allowed to question orders. You are required to if the orders don’t sound right. If you follow any orders blindly that doesn’t sound right, you are held accountable for it. Just look at the My Lai massacre in Vietnam. They were following orders. Later, many got charged with war crimes. It’s a no win situation sometimes. If you refuse an order in battle, you could be shot on site. If you comply, you could be court martial and imprisoned.
@@frankiek2269 If you have not read the MyLai transcripts, you do not know what happened. Not reporters' interpretations. The transcripts.
But that's not important. What IS important is you are briefed on all of this. You will follow lawful orders. You will not follow unlawful orders. How often are there unlawful orders? Pretty much never. And if you EVER think you have such a thing facing you, and your requests for clarification do not clarify (they always will), then you better be DAMN sure you're refusing an unlawful order because if you are wrong, your life is over. Disgrace, prison, probably eventual suicide.
The unlawful order situation makes for great drama and grabs attention. Do not mistake that for some definition of frequency. Think in terms of trillions. Trillions of orders given in a year. Not even 1 is unlawful. You probably have to go decades to intentional, overt, explicit unlawful orders. This is why you will never be faced with it. And eventual suicide.
Uh, you do realize that there was a reason they did this mission? The unidentified "enemy" had a uranium plant for nuclear weapons to USE -- this wasn't a vacation resort they were destroying. And the purpose of the military IS to kill. I'm thankful for people who can do this to keep the rest of us safe.
Video: “it’s cool that it gives the feeling like he’s actually in these flying jets.”
He is. They all are. They are actually flying in the F-18s for real.
Can't wait to get home from work to watch this!
Only one pilot died.. the one enemy at the end.. the other two enemy pilots ejected.. no one else died in the movie.. :D
It looks real because all the actors where in the backseat of different F18 fighter jets experimenting all the G forces on the cockpit.
He is actually in the plane. They all are.
A good movie for you to react to in regards to not blindly following orders and the potential consequences of being wrong when questioning those orders, would be "Crimson Tide". Denzel Washington and Gene Hackman and it takes place on a U.S. Naval Nuclear Submarine. Has a great cast and should definitely give you lots to think about and discuss in regards to your philosophies.
If you are a big question guy.... you probably don't wanna join the armed forces !
Do you have any idea what that underground base was doing ?
You might wanna take another look at the start of the movie when they talk about that base !
The American government has done terrible things in the past and I'm sure, continues to do today. Here's one of many undeniable examples. Your President George W. Bush carried out an illegal act when he invade Iraq in 2003 under a fabricated pretense (weapons of mass destruction). Inturn, continuing the long history of giving the middle finger to the International Criminal Court. Not very upstanding for a supposed united country that wants everyone else to respect civilized rules of law. This is a page out of the bully/tryrant rule book groups like the Nazis use. Do you want me to provide more examples?
No idea if he did but Tom loves doing his own stunts that motorbike is all him I know for sure. That said he is a pilot and I wouldn’t be surprised if it comes out that he did a lot of these stunts himself in the plane
They were flying those jets, backseat
they were happy they made it back ok. thats what they were cheering about.
“They weren’t bothering anybody.”
You evidently missed the whole point of the mission.
The mission to kill people, you mean?
@@PIForever this is an unpleasant but inevitable side effect. We can discuss of the legality of such a strike (they talk about a violation of a multilateral agreement but I'm not sure this would be enough to justify such an action from the international law standpoint), but it's not the first time a nuclear facility under construction gets struck before it becomes operational, in order to limit nuclear proliferation (although both times it was done by Israel against nuclear facilities in Iraq and Syria, both countries which historically have been hostile/attacked Israel).
This movie is totally fire
And your reaction is amazing 🥰
Love from India 😍
If you remember me 😅😂
I do👍🏽
All of the flying scenes are practical they flew in those F-18 NATOPS and F-18 Foxtrots AKA the 2 seater also the P-51 mustang you see at the end is Tom's plane and him flying it.
They are really flying the planes
Iceman was being played off because he has throat cancer and this new franchise that Tom is passing off would have to acknowledge that relationship with Mav. Also the talk to me dad is a switch to talk to me goose but this time Mav, answers.
Not ALL shots were real, for instance, Maverick cutting two jets during the first lesson isn't real, it's not safe to fly THAT close. Otherwise, yeah, almost everything is back seat action, or over the shoulders of the real flying pilots. Great reaction, man. During filming Val Kilmer (Iceman) had throat cancer, his few words of speech are AI generated.
You should know that military personnel do not question the reasons behind the tasks/missions they are asked to perform.
Yes, I know and that has always been a problem from my perspective.
@@PIForever Yup, and sometimes it's for the wrong reasons, e.g., Nazi Germany.
I agree
It WAS real! 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠
P.I Forever please please please do a reaction for UPGRADE 2018 it's a very underrated movie if many people know this it would have made lot of money at the box office. with just 3 million dollars budget they managed to make something amazing and spectacular than most Hollywood movies these with their big budget and popular actors but still failed impress the people. I highly recommend you should see this movie and you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
Here's some others you should watch too
Blade Runner (The Final Cut)
Ninja Assassin
Dark City
Children of Men
Burn After Reading
Nocturnal Animals
Memento
Black Hawk Down,I'd say the ending this movie is very inaccurate because a foreign military (Malaysia) helped the U.S army in the Somalia War. You can look it up
Some people just soft
It's called orders. Always has been this way.
Yeah, and that seems to be the problem. Didn't Hitler give orders? I have learned that we should never follow people, only follow logic.
@@PIForever what do you think happened to anyone who questioned hitler? why do you seem so oblivious to the difference?
@@Tawnik I'm sure the few that did question Hitler were killed or severely punished. No one said it would be easy. What do you mean..."why do you seem so oblivious to the difference?" ? I'm not quite sure what youre asking
You should have seen Jennifer Connelly 30 years ago, nothing but curves.
Please React to Fearless 2006 ... Please 🙏 In ur previous videos... I requested u to react to it .... But this time react to this
Tom must be 80...
You are off by a couple of decades
Guess you weren't in the military.
No sir, I wasn't, but I understand that when you sign up, you follow orders blindly. If you didn't, you would be punished. Now, that I truly understand reality, I realize that we should never just follow anyones orders blindly. We should follow logic and logic alone.
Let me clarify. We should logic to practice justice at all times. Justice, as Neely fuller Jr states and that I have adopted, is guaranteeing that no one is mistreated and guaranteeing that the people that need the most constructive help, get that help. Also, we have never as a planet followed logic. We have always followed people and it has always been horrible for humanity. I would like t give it a try. That way you wouldn't need a so called military and we all would be a team, across the planet.
Neely Fuller Jr has his perspective and I have mine. I have adopted some of his ideology such as the definition of justice. I also believe that racism / white supremacy is the biggest problem on the planet. Now let's talk about this term you used... Anti-white. Could you define what anti white means and what exactly Neely Fuller Jr has done to make you say that?
There has never been justice ever. The only world government there is currently is racism/ white supremacy. You'll have to ask Neely Fuller that question about the so called Japanese. However, from my perspective, without doing research on exactly what you're speaking of, white supremacy was involved directly or indirectly. What we need to understand is there are only 3 classifications of people and this is based on logic and reality, and that's , non-white, and white supremacist.
Just a point, legal orders are followed. "Blindy" is not a word that fits in this context. There are structures in the military, but they have been developed over 200 years of experience to cultivate cohesion, not to create robots who do as they are told 100% of the time. Channels are created in every company, civil or government based. Therefore understanding orders and questioning orders that cross moral and legal lines are encouraged.
By the way, this was a movie reaction, all I meant with my comment was that you would have had a different experience reacting to it if you were. A lot of the disobedience from Mav came from a place if questioning, as you call them, "blind" orders.
I dont want to get involved in the conversation you're having with the Todd.
Thank you for replying, I really enjoy your reactions, especially comedian stuff and the Tony Baker reactions. Take care and all the best with your channel.
You clearly have no idea how the military works!! Or the military mindset!!😡😡
This reaction was annoying. He didn’t pay attention to the beginning and had NO clue why they were destroying the underground bunker. The rest was just bitching about nothing because he was dumbfounded.
The only thing that was good about the movie is the music . Tom is a ego maniac!
They all were in a plane
