I am a retired nurse anesthetist and learned throughout my career that the worst pain came from childbirth and kidney stones. If she can't pass it, there is lithotripsy that can bust up that stone under anesthesia. It is an amazing procedure! Anyhow prayers for you both for her recovery!

Prayers for Mrs Lori and Mr Brown
My dad spent 4 days in the hospital with kidney stones and came home and still was in pain. So I came over with a two liter bottle of Mountain Dew and had him drink as much as he could as fast as he could and within two hours he was completely out of pain! I was given this remedy by my cousin who went to a small town hospital and that's how they helped her, and it has worked for myself everytime and a keep MD in the back of the cupboard just in case. The acid in the dew breaks the stones up and the caffeine helps push and flush it through. So dairy is the evil villian, and sometimes fried food is what I have learned is if you have dairy you have to remember to drink your water and flush, flush, flush. and if you are against the dew you can use lemon in your water for the acid even as preventive. I know it seems crazy but when you are in pain you are willing to try anything. I pray for Mrs Lori's relief, hang in there we love you all, Angel from Northern California California 💞
You should take her back to the hospital. They should have sent her to a kidney doc and they should have put a stent in to help let that stone come down. OR nurse talking here.❤
I have passed kidney stones. I've had a baby. I'd rather give birth to an elephant than pass a kidney stone! It's the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. The doctor told me to add freshly squeezed lemon juice to a bottle of water everyday for the rest of my life, and I won't ever get another kidney stone. So, that's what I do. So far so good. I passed the stone back in 2006 and have had no problems with them since. Thank the Lord! If memory serves me, there are different reasons why a person developes stones. For now, we'll all keep prayers going up for Mrs. Lori and trust the Lord for His help. Thanks for the update, Mr. Brown. God bless y'all.
am75 year old tough granny who had 2 children and for me it was worse than childbirth..even passed blood with mine. It layed me out in the floor of our van and scared hubby to death. We were out fishing when it decided to move. anyhoo hugs to her and may the Holy Spirit(the comforter) help her in Jesus name--amen.
My husband has chronic kidney stones, and 2 of our kids have them. A 8oz glass of real orange juice everyday and always adding a squeeze of lemon to their water has made them with barely noticeable. Makes the stones smooth and easier to pass. Add all the citrus Ms. Lori. Healing Prayers friend.

Oh Miss Lori, you drink your lemon water and plenty of it. Daughter of a Board certified nephrologist. He trained all his family to drink plenty of good pure water every day. It’s so important and I know you will pass that stone very soon!!! We will all be praying 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Kidney stones are bad. The pain is unreal. Once you finally pass the stone and look at it, it is unreal how something that small can make a grown person cry. Praying for Mrs. Lori.
