1963 年にノルウェーのオスロで誕生し、今ではノルウェーを代表するカフェとなった FUGLEN。
2012 年に海外進出第一号店となる FUGLEN TOKYO を渋谷にオープン。
2014 年に焙煎所として FUGLEN COFFEE ROASTERS を神奈川県川崎市にオープン。
オスロで確立された焙煎方法『ノルディックロースト』を研究し続け、果実のような風味や花のような香り、透明感のある甘い後味など、コーヒーが持つ本来の素晴らしい個性を感じられるコーヒーを作り出しています。
毎年生産者を訪ね、コーヒーが栽培される環境や、生産される工程を確認し、生産者と一緒に幸せになれるコーヒーを提供するように努めています。
FUGLEN was founded in Oslo, Norway, in 1963 and has become one of Norway's leading cafés.
In 2012, FUGLEN opened its first overseas branch, FUGLEN TOKYO, in Shibuya.
In 2014, FUGLEN COFFEE ROASTERS opened in Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, as a roasting facility.
The company continues to research the 'Nordic Roast', a roasting method established in Oslo, and produces coffees that have a wonderful, original character, such as a fruity flavour, floral aroma and a clear, sweet aftertaste.
Every year, we visit the producers to check the environment in which the coffee is grown and the production process, and strive to provide coffee that makes us happy together with the producers.
