20 Years Without Brushing Teeth 😦 Calculus Removal
Vložit
- čas přidán 8. 04. 2024
- The most extensive calculus removal we have ever performed at our office. Most of us brush our teeth every day (or at least claim to) but this man has a rare case of dental phobia where not only is he afraid to visit the dentist, but also he is afraid to brush his own teeth.
If you don't brush your teeth for an extended period of time, calculus or tartar begins to accumulate around the teeth leading to cavities, gingivitis, and even gum disease. This is by far the most calculus we have ever seen at our office. The build up was so thick that it was actually masking the underlying decay. Tartar is a cement like material that builds up around the teeth at an increased rate if you do not brush or clean your teeth frequently. This material can also make it difficult to clean and remove the calculus between the teeth and make your breath smell quite a bit as well.
We are so happy that we could help this man end years of pain and discomfort by giving him a deep cleaning with scaling and root planing. He now leads a much better and healthier lifestyle with his newly cleaned teeth. Talk about a fresh start!

If Dr. Nemeth can save THIS guy's teeth there's nobody else I want looking after my dental care.
No cap I might save up to go check him out I need some work done💯
🤣😂
I'm actually surprised he even has teeth after all that.
His teeth are better then mine like wtf
@@awhvex7188 bro ikr 😭
@@awhvex7188 Like, he just got tartar and that's it. Most people would lose at least some teeth for sure
Lol I would imagine they'd fall out
I'm not surprised, because in a sense it became a protective layer
I want video with the removal of said tartar
❤me too; why do dentists want to pull teeth when a person’s teeth are in much better shape (and without gum disease or bone loss)?
Ironically, that caked on stuff probably saved his teeth
Sweet Lord!!! That is just horrendous.
future search history: tartar removal
No seriously do it it’s so satisfying it’s kinda like those pimple popping videos
Well this was the worst thing I've seen in awhile.
SHEESH that’s a lot of tartar ☹️
I used to buy weed from a guy and he had his teeth like this I was disgusted and he had a girlfriend so hot that i could never undertand how
Lmao!
obviously he was her dealer too 🤷♂️
I dated a girl whos sister had a similar issue. I never understood why her teeth looks so thick and she sounded like she had a mouthguard in. Sad stuff.
Why no gum recession from all that mess? Surely he would have severe periodontal issues from that and his teeth would literally drop out?
How come he still has his teeth
There is gum recession
How did he not get an infection that spread to his heart or brain?
Glands maybe ? :)
the tarter prevents bacteria from actually reaching the teeth in a way protecting them. but if you notice his gums are red and swollen, his gums are infected with gingivitis
Saw my dentist and he advised dentures😫😫😫 I had six cavities and needed a crown. I don’t even know what his bill was going to be because I stopped listening after he said it would be $2000.00 for the FIRST appointment to begin filling the cavities and he does not take dental insurance or Medicare. Worked my entire life and would go broke with this dentist - going for 2nd opinion.
@@tliltocatlalbopilosa1513 : thank you; I have been hearing that Americans need to go to Turkey. I am not paying the US costs-well, couldn’t if I wanted to! Is there a way to figure out the logistics? Again, thank you! ❤️🙏🏼🌴
But in the end, it still hasn't cured his dental phobia, so this is just gonna happen again, also, how did he not get cavaties??
Well he did have a rotten black tooth on the side.
His teeth underneath all that incredible sludge look surprisingly healthy. Does all that calculus/plaque protect against cavities? And what kept him from developing periodental disease?
My question is the same. He should have had perio problems for sure. There’s no recession
Not too pleasant is extremely generous
Good Lord!!!
So he didn't feel the need to go after 6 months?
Bless y'all..wow
I could never wake up everyday and see my teeth in this state 😢 I feel very sorry for him and I hope now he is taking better care of his teeth
I think I'm going to be sick🤢
While many are granted it you're truly worthy of the title "Doctor"
His teeth are surprisingly good.
I dont like going to the dentist either but that's just gross
Phobia is different to just not liking going to the dentist. Most people don’t like going to the dentist. It has to be extreme to be a phobia.
People that don't go to the Dentist, won't get into Heaven. I hope that helps.
watching these dental videos is ruining TARTAR sauce for me. I can only think of the teeth now. But i still can’t stop watching
His teeth looked surprisingly healthy under that. I try not to judge because I also have dental anxiety but not to that extent. But I did need to get put on anti-anxiety meds so I could start going back to the dentist after 5 years, I didn't want to start losing my teeth! Therapy has also helped but I know many are not able to access therapy.
I can NOT believe he didnt lose them all due to gum disease!
I have anxiety about going to the dentist its a long story. I would almost faint thinking about it. But never got any plaque. Its the shots im petrified of and nobody will give you pill before you go or gas.
I have never felt the needle go in and never had any pain. Maybe the needles they use these days are smaller.
Get a benzo prescription from your pcp
Pain relieving gel before the needle helps
@@shefliesbyherownwings they have always used pain relieving gel.
@@strangerthings88 I just went to my pcp this week he called something in.
Omg...I can't even look at that. Me who flosses after eating and before bed and goes for cleanings 3x a year. Bless you Dr. and those who have the stomach to work on that nastiness.
Well that was a good advert
I didnt see a dentist for 12 years because a dentist when i was 19 yelled at me and insulted me while cleaning my teeth like a cartoon villian idk if his wife left him the day before or wht but that fucked me up my whole adult life.
This is so sad❤️🩹
Bro mummified his teeth 💀
I am SHOCKED to see that his teeth are fairly in good shape after the tarter removal. Why is that?
God, he has even better teeth than me after cleaning LMAO.
My gums suck and that's why I'm loosing teeth. I wish I could find this doctor but he's probably in USA based on his American accent
I have a sister whos never brushed her teeth in her whole life and she was always too afraid to get her braces taken off. And I'm shocked that this guy still had teeth, they looked like they were going to fall out.
Eeeuuuggghhh… brotha euuuuggh-
I can imagine the smell
It seems like al that tartar helped to protect his teeth.
Doing the lords work.
So, how did cavemen take care of their teeth? Ik in India, people used a special kinda wooden stick (called datoon) but i assume that's not very old. Or did their short lifespan just made it not a problem?
As long as you made it past early childhood, you had a decent chance of living to your 60s if not longer, even in prehistory believe it or not. Google Shanidar I. Taking care of each other is a powerful evolutionary strategy. I'm pretty sure the stick is one of the oldest methods of tooth cleaning, though.
Other than directly cleaning their teeth, cavemen also had vastly different diets than us. They actually used their teeth where as we no longer really have the need to.
We eat much softer and unhealthier foods now, so a combination of different diets and the fact that everything we eat now is packed with sugar and other shit that's bad for our teeth is what's changed
Autoimmune disorders, such as Sjogren’s, cause extreme dry mouth and dry eyes. Lack of saliva is very damaging to your teeth. Good oral hygiene is a must but it’s always a battle. I have eye plugs to help keep my eyes moist but they don’t last long. Was told to cut out sweets and sodas and to drink water with fluoride and use tooth paste with fluoride.
I am scared to go to the dentist but i brush my teeth
This dude reminds me of reviewbruh
I thought my teeth would look like that cause I haven’t brushed them for 5 days 😭 (I’ve been moving) lol
No kissing for me 😂😂
Where is the gum disease? The gum recession? The bone loss?
A dentist who cares. Really?!!! All the ones we have experienced don't give a crap. My partner doesn't have half these problems & has been just sitting there in pain for years.
Hmm a very Hungarian name. Németh. I wonder what is the story behind the name :)
surreal
Holy shit
Hello, Doctor I wanted to ask why my teeth is forming tartar too quickly as compared to other people. I visit dentist once a year but still. I don't even eat fast food or anything as such.
stop eating all sugar and sugar type substitutes...
But do you brush and floss regularly?
@@NPCOasisthis comment is ignorant and uneducated
Hi I get plaque daily and it’s just due to smoking/vaping, changes in temperatures, and high ph levels in my mouth. I’ve found if I Drink more water and swish the water in my teeth throughout the day, eat acid foods with a base afterwards to keep what’s in my epiglottis more base than acid like milk of magnesium or something. Your teeth are sensitive and want to protect themselves plaque is a natural reaction to outside excess in exposure to stimulus such as high changes in temperature and humidity! Keep your mouth clean and brush when you can well and thought! Good luck in not a doctor this is an opinion based on experience, with no scientific knowledge!
@@GiovannaIwishyoudid you try Turning it off and on again?
how about the breath 💀
Where’s the video dammit.
❤❤❤
Jeeeez
That's Very Very Very Gross
I don't believe this.
Im about to puke
How'd people back then have teeth then? Genuinely curious
And i mean waaay back then, cavemen
Gross!🤮
Omg
Ewwww
yyyowza 😬
Disgusting
This guy has better teeth than me and I brush every single day. What did I do to deserve this
