    Typical of modern dentistry: blame it all on bacteria, they totally ignore the vital role of nutrition in cavity and caries formation.

    Can early-stage caries remove or stop?

      Yes it should be removed and it can also stop progressing, but that is only possible under strict oral Hygiene practices

      It's very rare that it would come down on its own.. it usually requires orthodontic movement

      Because sugar is carbohydrates and carbs are readily acted upon by bacteria and thus result in tooth decay
