- Chris Green suffered a traumatic brain injury when a Confederate statue fell on him during a protest in Portsmouth in 2020. He ended up in a coma.

It's debatable whether this guy has ALWAYS had the mind of a 13 year old. Pulling down statues and standing near them is not only dangerous but is also criminal damage. A plaque saying both the good and bad of what the slave owner actually did would have been enough.
