  • Fishing on the Lancaster Canal - Sunday Morning Chill Out
    A relaxing, Sunday morning fishing session on the beautiful Lancaster Canal. Peace and tranquility in the middle of the countryside. I use a waggler float and maggots and worm baits to catch roach, hybrids (roach x bream), perch and skimmers.

    Great sesh on the "cut". I see what you did there re "turnaround" 😂. Yes Leeds Liverpool is like a weedy chalkstream at the moment, roach spooky and perch dominating as the light fades, until the bream move in ! 👍

    Strange no boats,my friends and I have fished it for years,and I mean 40 years plus. Now in summer it's full of plastic perils and barges. Also that basin is very shallow,about 2ft past the middle.

    • @000fishing
      @000fishing  Před 8 měsíci

      Yeh, was pretty quiet in that day, fortunately. Seemed deepest closer to towpath side. 👍🎣 cheers
