    Surya namaskar should be left alone.Ibdividual poses are good but when u break the surya namaskar sequence of 12 plus 12 it looks kind of circus.Benefits of surya namaskar steps also gets diluted.when i face issues with surya namaskar i break down the 11 steps and focus more attention on the difficult sequence.
