You should find the Harris/Flintoff/McGuiness ones on any stream service. They are actually good. I'd actually go as far as saying they were better than the last 2/3 series of the old Top Gear which definitely had gone off the boil.
Chris Harris was on CZcams before he got hired for Top Gear UK. He makes some great videos.

Just wanted to drop a HUGE thanks to Marty !! While Moog deserves all the congrats he is getting and will be fantastic as a top gear host, I think that it's important to acknowledge that he wouldn't be there without the years of support from Marty.
Marty, "a rising tide lifts all boats". This will bring in a flood of new viewers to MCM and enable you both to go bigger and better. Top Gear should honestly be bringing Marty on an EP or as a consultant as you have both have awesome ideas and a great sense for storytelling.
I can't wait to see what you go with the build while Moog is in la la land.

Anyway, the KA24 is an older engine architecture than the SR20 and was first used in the pickup truck of it's time. When they were picking engines for the U.S. spec, they decided to use the KA because it had more torque, and their focus groups suggested that Americans would rather have more torque. I remember this was a complaint of one of the writers of Car and Driver magazine (I think? Maybe Sport Compact Car magazine). They lamented that once again, the North American market (that's the United States and mostly Canada, Mexico gets some alternate specs) didn't get the best engine available, a common complaint against Japanese manufacturers.

OMG! I've been raving about this model of bluebird for near on 8 Years! This thing go SO hard, for a stock 2.4 / 2.6 ( cant remember ) fwd, That actually Phar Kenn Hammer, I would go as far as to say, put it up against a stock SSS pulsar, ( both cars bone stock ) and the pulsar would be out front at first, but my gut says the bluebird would haul it in pretty bloody quickly. ( I;ve never owned one, but I borrowed a friends for two or three months, a manual and it blew me away, every drive, smiles wide ).
Would you guys ever consider live streaming these episodes? That way we can chime in live.

Hey guys, just some insight on bakeries from someone who owns and runs a sourdough bread bakery as the sole employee. It takes 12 hours of labor on average to make breads (except the super gross commercialized wonderbread ones obviously). The bread margin is mostly the labor cost and electrical utility cost. I live in an area that’s not particularly well off, and try to keep my prices down, but I’ve worked in bakeries that pay minimum wage and sell their loaves for double what I do. So mostly what you’re paying for with commercial breads is the shareholder’s bonuses. Support local bakeries! Love y’all

Grats Moog on getting the TG-AU gig. I just hope they keep it running for more than a few seasons. As for the Supercheap ad, they'll have the full length ad which they hardly ever (if ever at all) display on TV, and if they do it's maybe once or twice because of the length of the ad. They have to cut it down to fit a 20 or 30 second segment; a 2 minute ad isn't done these days. When they made those ad regulations it was in a time (mid-2000's) when P-plate kids were dying from stupidity in cars and a lot of heavy-handed approaches had to be taken. Anything depicting illegal driving behaviour or unsafe driving (regardless of setting/situation/circumstances) wasn't allowed to be shown on Australian TV as it was seen as influential behaviour.

I have been driving a 2002 xv20 camry Wagon 2.2L as a daily for the past 3 years, just clocked over 350k. It has been the perfect car, and never once let me down.
I have owned a wide range of cars over the last 20 years. The camry Wagon is definitely my favourite car I have ever owned.

I got my hands on Cheryl’s big box today! I can see why you advertise it as big…was a bit scary just how big it is in real life compared to pictures on the interweb, but she didn’t disappoint, spent awhile in there with all the goodies she provides, the brown extra was a pure delight and fits perfectly and only anyone who’s been into Cheryl’s big box gets that privilege. Watching you guys over the years has given me the confidence to start working on my car (changed the oil once before on my N15 Pulsar SSS years ago) which has been brought on my the increased cost of living (trying to save $$ where ever I can). 2 weeks ago I did a full service and changed out the front rotors on my 2013 Impreza and I wish I'd started doing this sooner. My mechanic ended up checking it out during a pink slip check and I got the tick of approval so pretty chuffed.
The little umns by moog at the end made me laugh the same way marty did 😂😂😂😂
its funny that marty is talking about swapping the camry driveline into a rav4 as ive spent the last year and a bit writing a script to for a youtube series about converting a 2005 rav4 CV sport into a street legal rally sprint car. marty, if you ever want some of my research/input i'd love to be involved.

I can't help but think that the producers missed an opportunity though. Top Gear was always about the chemistry between the presenters which Marty & Moog already have in spades. Slot in Isaac from the Moon Buggy build, who I think would be a perfect fit, and you'd have a compelling show. Let's hope the other members of the TGA team can gel with Moog half as well so we get a decent show that sticks around for a while.

Fuel excise is a national tax, and it goes into general revenue. The distance based charge (which is what we'll likely move to nationally once fuel excise actually diminishes), is something the states have been considering and was implemented in Victoria unfairly and way too early.

When you mentioned the Rav4... I've always had this idea of grabbing the awd bits from a Rav4 and making an awd two door Scion TC or later model toyota celica (the ones that came fwd). Basically what people in the honda world do with CRV's and making awd civics/integras

Here in the US we called the '05 Impreza the "blob-eye", and I had one. Definitely the best looking one in my opinion! It was also my favorite car I've ever owned. (Even though I just had the RS model)
It's also interesting and worth noting that outside of the US the STI had a 2.0 liter, but here it had a 2.5 liter. I am still unsure as to why though.
Going to take a while for manual to die here in the UK. We love um! Having loads of hills and small lanes probably helps with that. But with the introduction of 20mph roads, good anti rollback on new autos, more stop/start traffic maybe that will change. Well its not a maybe its a "have to" with the electric car push and cars just not being produced with a manual box. When i was on the market looking for a mk5 golf gti i had a choice between the DSG and the Manual. I settled on the manual and dont regret it so much fun. I am dreading getting rid of the gearstick and clutch for me at least it just makes driving feel far more enjoyable (when not in traffic anyway).
