DIY Thermal Insulated Cat House with 80% Waste Material. DIY Feral Cat House. Budget is 10 $

Since we have host a lovely street cat for some months, I have decided to make a house for her and doughters. This cat house's outside size is about 80x80x80 cm, (31,5x31,5x31,5 inches).
Inside of the house has two levels. First is entrance and has a lower level. Sleeping area is 22 cm higher than entrance to keep cold weather down side of the house. Sleeping area's size is 40x50 cm (15,7x19,7 inches)
It could be better with better materials but for now it is enough. Budget is 10 $

New waterproofing material for roof
Waste planks and hardwoods for main body
Some screws, nails, hooks
Silicone, 1 bicycle inner tube, some window insulation gasket, some tulle.
