@@realGBx64 He did take a break for a while, but he's been performing live with Knosis, his new band! It's very different from Crystal Lake but I think you should give 'em a look.

Crystal Lake is a great band! You should also check out Prometheus or Disobey! Also, Spiritbox have a version of one of their songs with the vocalist of Crystal Lake called "Holy Roller ft. Ryo Kinoshita".
This is a great song. Please do Disobey by them. You wont be disappointed

Freakin amazing group!!!! Love all their albums! Top tier would be “Into the Great Beyond”, “Devilcry” , and “Black and Blue”. “Lost in Forever” deserves a listen too!
This is one of my all time favorite metal jams. Crystal lake will melt your face, them make you feel like your in some anime ending credits 🤌
You should check out their song Disobey. Also Ryo(the singer) does a collab with Spiritbox for a litte heavier version of Holy Roller. Good stuff. They have some newer songs that are pretty good too. Curse and Mephisto(my favorite of the 2). Also their drummer Gaku produces a great metalcore band calle Hanabie. They're definitely worth checking out as well.

YES! I've been saying it for years Crystal Lake is criminally underrated. They can be aggressive and have some feels in their songs. For future videos check out Lost In Forever, Curse, Sanctuary and Into The Great Beyond

I suggest "Aeon" and "Watch me burn" by them, they are a fantastic band, unfortunately very underrated.
i wouldn't be suprised if this was actually recorded in one take and then heavily processed in the studio - i can feel the whole vibe of the band coming out of it in a way that very few bands can . maybe it's Ryo screaming, maybe it's the drums, maybe it's some pro-studio effects, i have no idea...
