We've been out of action for a few weeks (musim sakit is here - aka sick season!), but our lovely friend Trudy is visiting from Australia, so Agung took her on a fun scooter road trip to show her some of our favourite spots in Lake Toba, North Sumatra.
Join Agung and Trudy as they make the most of a sunny Samosir day and visit Air Terjun Efrata (Efrata Waterfall), Tele Tower, and Aek Rangat Hot Springs to the West of the world's largest caldera lake.

I am going to lake toba in a week, how was the weather?
Yay! It’s a bit random at the moment. This week we have had rain most afternoons and some evenings - even a few morning showers. But last week was quite nice without so much rain. Either way, the rain is usually only in the late afternoon and night. 😊
Lake Toba is beautiful, but can be extremely dangerous if it erupts!
True! Hopefully we have another 100,000 years before that happens haha.
