FIRST TIME WINGFOIL

WINDSURFCOACH goes wingfoil.
In this video I'll take you back to June 17-th 2021, the day I got to try #wingfoil for the first time.

It was quite challenging and the best advice I can give you is ...
Use a board with enough volume (your weight + at least 40).
It should also be a board that's able to get up to speed easily and preferably is a bit longer.
Start with something like a 2000 cm2 foil beginners foil.
