Recipe:
Hook: Barbless jig hook (here, a Fulling Mill 5045), size 14.
Bead: Tungsten slotted bead, 1/8”, nickel.
Thread: UTC 140 Denier, black.
Weight: Lead-free round wire, .020.
Tail: Dark or medium pardo Coq de Leon fibers, 8-10.
Tag: Ultra wire, small, red.
Rib: Ultra wire, small, silver.
Abdomen: Superfine dubbing, black.
Thorax: Ice Dub, black peacock.

I tie same fly but using red floss back spot, black body with silver rib and white ice dubbing. It works great also with pink tungsten bead.

I tie something similar with a black PT tail, red holographic hot spot, black thread body with sliver rib and black ice dub peacock dubbing with a silver bead. I like to superglue my bead to the hook the night before, it makes for a slimmer fly and makes tying them go down faster.

This fly is gonna put a hurt on some fish here in Reno.
People come up with some variant and call it their own. If you want to try a nice variant try the dom-bugger. It's a wooly-bugger variant that is very good for trout and small mouth bass.
That is precisely why this fly has no name. It’s truly just another Euro jig.

Nice where do you get the little applicator bottles for Sally Hansen?
The ones I use are from Wapsi and are readily available at many fly shops as well as online retailers.

Can somebody explain to me why are people considering euronymphing gay or something? Fly fishing is not really popular where I live and I am sort of new to it.
because it goes against all traditional fly fishing methods and uses no fly line. Most main lines are Mono.
I wouldn’t worry about what others think. If you enjoy it and catch fish, keep on keeping on…….😊
@@terryyarnall9495Well I think it is no longer fly fishing, I is just lure fishing with a jig like fly, I just didn't knew why people treated it like carp anglers treat pike anglers and vice versa in Poland.
Try tying your euro/perdigon style flies without any added weight and prioritize keeping bulk to a minimum. 3-4 cdl fibers should be plenty!
