In this video we compare the iRobot Roomba i7 to the Roomba j7. The i7 is a slightly older model while the j7 is a more recent model. Our testing shows that the j7 is the better robot vacuum overall, though the i7 is very similar to the j7 in many aspects and is often priced considerably less.
If you can find it for much cheaper than the j7 and budget is a top priority for you, the i7 can be a good option. Otherwise, we recommend the j7.
