With such a wonderful voice why did Sankani decide to remain silent all these years? Her voice is similar to most of the American female Country singers I love to listen such as Sara Evans, Faith Hill & Trisha Yearwood. When I land in Sri Lanka next time I am going to run to Music stores and look for her CDs. Her voice and singing style has something very special that I have never found in any other Sri Lankan female artist.
