30 Days to Break A WORLD RECORD

On Memorial day, May 27th, I will be attempting to break the world record for the Murph. The current Record is 32:41. The Murph workout us as follows:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
(everything with a 20lb weight vest on)
