7.5ml Monin Yellow Banana Syrup
7.5ml Mango Rum (Brinley Gold Shipwreck)
90ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
2/3 Dashed Of Fresh Lime Juice

With it being shaken rather than blended… wouldn’t this be more of a riff on the classic Pain killer rather than a Pina Colada?
Thank you for the comment. You can blend a Pina Colada but this is normally done for the frozen type. My take on the recipe gives the drink more flavours and a creamier finish. A Caribbean feel with the dark rum and added banana/mango infusions. Its an absolute winner. Hope you enjoy it.
