I remember finishing this game with a friend over an entire Saturday on the Genesis. The ending is really clever.

I've played this game before but never got passed like, the 3rd level, I was told he was on a quest to save his dad, but never saw the ending, and because I don't have the game anymore, I didn't mind having it spoiled for me. Good run.
I loved the GBA version as a kid and the ending is still one of my favorites
I remember how hard that one mine cart segment was, probably took me hundreds of tries as a kid.

I wish that double cheetah boss skip was in the PC version, beating that as an 8 year old was brutal.

The PC version is in my Top 10 games of all time. I've been playing it for 20 years, it's so cool to see someone put my efforts to shame. Need more Pitfall.

This fucking game, I played it SO much on my old Win98 PC. I beat it once by abusing a certain part of the last level before the final boss where you can get infinite bombs. My older brother found out about that trick. Only way I and him could beat it :p

this game looks so hard just because its so dark, can barely see plateforms or switches or doors to go into; let alone it being all over. gj to the runner
originally it's not that dark. some of the recordings here on this channel are darker than it should be

I could never get pass 16:57, I couldn't get on the cart and start the ride, I think there was a bug in the game (I had a Sega Mega Drive)
That happened to me too and I also had a Genesis cart! He would do the whip animation instead of the jump animation and as a result just idle beside the cart as opposed to getting on it and triggering the level. Frustrated the hell out of me as a kid because I always assumed I was doing something wrong. lol
