- That Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase didn't give us all that much but can the Pokemon Presents and potential Indie World in March and first Party Nintendo Direct in April save the Nintendo Switch in 2024?
Or is everything pointing to a June Reveal of the Nintendo Switch 2?

I want silk song to come out when it is ready. Keep in mind team Cherry is a small team in Australia and the pandemic threw a monkey wrench in a lot of game development scheduling. Rushing the developers isn’t going to help them make the game better. It’ll just force them to put out something that isn’t finished yet and then have to fix it later and I’d rather have the finished product at a later time and have it be done right then have them rush and make mistakes.
Yes! Finally the OG Battlefront games we’ve all been waiting for. Hope Republic Commando and Shadows of the Empire are next.

I don't understand why everyone thinks that Silk Song release date will be announced in Nintendo Direct. Last we heard from this game, was in a Microsoft presentation as it will release on GamePass Day one...? Regarding today's Direct, for Partner one, in the final year of the Switch, I thought it was a pretty good one- lot of games that I'm interested in.
It's probably because Nintendo TreeHouse held a detailed gameplay representation for 20 minutes, back in 2017 or 2018, I think.
Ill start calling these "Midtendo Directs"

I find it crazy people think hollow knight would actually show up at a Nintendo event. It’s a massive game, you’ll likely see it at a huge showcase for all consoles
We’re definitely not going to get a Direct in April since there’s only Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD and Paper Mario TTYD Remake that we don’t know the release date and they can just release a trailer for those games

What the f**k is going here somer leakersnsay Switch 2, is coming out on 2025, now we have a this guy saying. This partnership showcase which we all watched including me confirms switch 2 reveal.
I'm on super confused now. However because the partnership showcase i do to some degree incline to believe that Switch 2, might be revealed in March, before the development conference meeting takes place in March 18.
So it's either it's March or June would be release date of switch 2, i now believe that switch 2 releasing for 2025 is nothing more then just a rumour, and interesting speculation.
As Sony and Microsoft have nothing to show off this year it would be a huge mistake for Nintendo to release switch next year. And Sony and Microsoft will take the spotlight if they dont announce something this year and release it!

If you want the switch just get it, theres a huge library of games to play. No one knows when Switch 2 is actually coming

If this switch is not compatible with pokemon games Sword and Shield. Lets Go Pikachu and Eevee. Legends Arceus. Scarlet and Violet.
Going to make backwards compatability of trading between games for ribbons a lost part of gameplay.
Also anyone whos not yet been able to get shiny legendaries would not be able to get these if their switch broke and they used this new console if not backwards compatible.
About time they stop doing this im tired of starting dexes over and over again because of this problem.

People need to understand the main problem isnt hardware or software production this time. The main problem is those next gen games being timed with othe Events . TV, Movies, Animations, Music, Concerts Food Promotions, timed Lego releases.

Pokémon lost me back when they switched away from mainly fantasy animals and switched to random objects and squiggles that are practically interchangeable.
Palworld is basically the open world Pokémon I wanted as a kid, with better creatures imo. And while I’ve tried to revisit Pokémon over the years, I don’t see any reason to go back at this point.
