@@clarahernandez5307 thank you Clara. May I ask how many years out of those 29 years did you purge ? Did you or do you have any health issues that were caused from purging? I'm really terrified of having wrecked my body beyond repair as I've been purging on a daily basis for almost 20 years now.

Clara I’m so proud of you and your strength to battle your way through the nightmares of bulimia I wish I could say the same for myself I feel so hopeless and lost my life just seems like a never ending cycle of relapse I try to take steps towards recovery but the other me has such a strong hold over my life I’ve lost everything and everyone in my life making it hard to even want to try anymore I’m sorry for all my depressing words the last thing I want is to bring negativity to this channel im just tired of being tired.

Recovery can be difficult, that's for sure, but if you keep trying, I'm pretty sure you'll succeed 😀.
Every relapse, every step back..... are going to be your motivation, at least that's what happened to me. !!!
Please, don't give up, because a new and much better life is waiting for you 😘

This is such an inspiring video and gives me hope that I too can recover from Anorexia. Clara has so much joy and I love her ability to laugh. I want this too and I am willing to work for it. Videos like this really help me to stay on track and not feel alone. It's also nice to know that it is never too late to recover. I am turning 44 this month and I am grateful to know that Clara was able to get her period back at age 44. Thank you so much!!!

Awesome Clara, so good to see your sparkling eyes, quick smile and how full of life and radiance you are. Great job you can really be proud of how far you have come! Wonderful that you are sharing your story. Thanks too to Elisa for her help. Love your laughter. Now that the "prison" constraints have fallen away, this is the time to blossom :)
