    It means you can't trust those fallopian tube test procedures...you can only be 100% sure with laparoscopy. Another thing my doctor said is that even if they are unblocked, they cannot be functional...and this you can't check

    I used to fast for 2-4 days, did it many weeks in a row and i've also been on 500 calorie diets, that caused me to eat massive amounts of food and still wanting more.

    There’s a huge statistical overlap between chronic gastrointestinal disorders happening before the eating disorder. I wouldn’t recommend unhealthy eating to anyone either because of the fact that it’s not good for you so I wonder about that other than that I love your videos.

    You have helped me so so so much. I’m only 12 almost 13 in July * doesn’t matter ik * and I’m trying to recover from anorexia and ED. It’s been very hard and I’ve tried to bump up my calorie intake to 1200 * that’s my maintenance according to google websites and I even calculated myself * but I just can’t seem to eat that much without doing exercise…. I got so used to over exercising and dancing to burn calories + running around the house for no reason to the point that now if I don’t exercise nor dance I don’t feel like myself and there’s like a constant voice in my head telling me to burn calories or I will gain weight. I also can’t eat anything without knowing the calories of it and in my country not everything has a calorie label like the US especially restaurants so it’s pretty hard for me to find good food to eat. The worst part is that I feel bad about eating and not doing exercise * my mom is forcing me to stop *, and to top it all off me and my mom which I WAS her favorite child are now in a bad relationship bcs she only forces me to eat and she just doesn’t under what I’m going through no matter how much I try to tell her. And if she catches me working out she won’t talk to me for days or give me an attitude.. I’m so scared of gaining weight bcs I’m not working out anymore *huge step for me btw* and I’m trying to bump up my calories but it’s just so hard and idk what to do with my life anymore.

    Apple cider vinegar has helped me a lot with the bloat . I drink 2 TBS. On an empty stomach in the morning, and if the bloat is too bad in the afternoon, a second dose of 2 TBS. Although the bloating is annoying, it’s understandable. The body is just trying to readjust and relearn how to digest food . Hang in there ❤❤

    I am in food restriction recovery for 1 month and the extreme hunger lasts EVERYDAY (all the recovery) and i always crave sweets and pastries because I restricted them the most... I was underweight but now i gained quite a lot of fat and weight of cource. I am 14 y.o. athlete and im really scared to gain more fat because of the hunger..Is this normal or should I stop honoring the extreme/mental hunger? + I restricted for only 8 months and i was kinda overtraining, I had to start recovery because I lost my period (still dont have it) and I was feeling really horrible physically and mentally. I dont want to gain more fat because im also scared that it will affect my fitness

    I got out of the major bulimia cycle years ago. But the last years were rough. I still cannot eat intuitively without gaining copius amounts of weight and my metabolism is completely wrecked. I experienced all the problems you mentioned in this video and I am so shook, that nobody ever told me this. I had to go through this stuff without knowing what was going on. Doctors also didnt believe me I had bulimia because I got into a clinic 2 years after it had started and I was put on severe medication that causes weight gain, so I switched from underweight to curvy in about a year. Bulimia stayed with me for 5 more years but doctors kept telling me I am not skinny enough for the condition.. Even though 8 years have passed, I am grateful to have found this video. Since nobody took it seriously I never got any therapy and I don’t think I am fully recovered mentally. So it helps to hear how my struggles are normal and that this must not discourage me in my recovery process.

    This video was so helpful and much needed, thank u so much. I’m recovering from anorexia B/P type, and my skin is so inflamed and breaking out everyday. I’ve been thinking to myself it must be my diet but in my gut i know it is natural to happen during recovery.

    For some reason I just feel sick all the time and im not hungry but my stomach is rumbling so much. I eat but I used to eat so much all the time and I bearly eat as much now and a lot of the time when i look at food I do feel sick just looking at it. I do suffer from an eating disorder called Arfid but im more on the sensory side of it. I can’t even drink water without it making me feel sick and full straight away

    My stomach is always growling now constantly and I am afraid of gaining. I’m not used to being hungry this much. It’s almost a nuisance bc it’s physical hunger and stomach growling and feeling empty but I’m eating way more than normal and I’m already 10 lbs overweight so I’m scared to get more. I don’t think about food but it’s telling at me.

    I just had my second son and I’ve gained so much weight. I’m bmi 46 and I hate myself. My lowest weight is over 100 pounds away and I feel suicidal. My therapist wants me to recover but I feel way too big.

    "Intuitive eating is the result of you going through recovery." This is key. Other coaches in the IE community focus on moderation, which is just another form of restriction. I never understood why I couldn't moderate until I found your channel. I have to heal the restrictive mindset, and then my body will feel safe enough to start giving me true hunger and satiety cues. It's all about letting go of fear, in whatever form it might take so tht the body can relax.

    I’ve been through recovery more than I can count. I’m 29 and develop anorexia when I was 13-14 never fully recover and my problem recovering aside of the weight, is the temporal yet horrible (for me) is the clinical signs/symptoms like swollen of the salivary glands, swollen of the entire body. Even though it’s temporary and I’ve been through it several times in my journey, it’s always the hardest to me. That messes with my (already altered perception of self) That feeling of being uncomfortable in your own skin (due to hormones going crazy- reasonable so)… + Mood swings I wonder if anyone else has experience this? (Sorry if I make any grammatical errors I’m bilingual and English isn’t my first language 😅😬)

    I live for climbing and bouldering. Now i have a problem. I need to be shreaded and have power alot of muscle and strength to climb well. Now i have crazy mental hunger. I lost alot of muscle and gained weight but still have crazy hunger. I was 54 kilo 180cm and had like 0,2 body fat. I was doing 1arm pullups with extra weight. Now i am 62kilo i lost alot of muscles and gained alot of fat. So i went from a ultra lean maschine to skinny fat. But now i am very despressed becsuse i am so weak at climbing i cant even do 1 pullup. How can i get out of this headfuck? I am crying becsuse i am so weak at climbing but i know i need to get fatter and weaker to cure my mental hunger. Also i dont understand i am eating so much but i am getting weaker at the gym and weaker even not climbing so not weight dependend i am really weak. Should i just eat and get more fat and unhealthy until my hunger stops?

    I’m recovering from exercise bulimia/compulsive exercise and anorexia. I used to have binge eating disorder 4 years ago, but I have overcome that years ago. Now I still have anorexia a little bit, and I am trying to overcome that by going all-in recovery. It has been a week since I’ve stopped exercising cold-turkey. I have gained 7 pounds for the past week, and now, my weight seem to be stabilized because I have tried my best to eat as much as I can every single day. I am wondering when I can start exercising again. I am scared that I might lose my health due to quitting exercise. I really don’t want to lose my muscles…. I am wondering when I can start exercising again. Now that I have gained some weight, I really want to do some weight lifting, because honestly it feels good for my body, I kinda want to keep my body-shape as well, but most importantly, I don’t want to feel tired because of lack of energy. I just want to move my body.. I want to know if it’s okay to do some weight lifting just 3 times a week for an hour, just for my health, while eating enough calories everyday. Any advice?

    I always wanted to feel strong, but when I did strength training workouts I was taught I needed to "progressively overload" and always train to the point of exhaustion in order to improve. I never really enjoyed the exercises and got used to feeling sore most of the time, but I felt I was chasing the "greater good" of increasing my strength in the long run, which, in a way, I did, although it never seemed enough. Now my question is - how can I FEEL strong without getting into that rat race again?

    Overshoot is so scary. I’m estimating I’ve gained 60 lbs as a 5’1” female and it feels wrong, but I just pray that I’m listening to my body correctly and I’m just going on. I look 9 months pregnant and everyone thinks I am pregnant. I’ve had to buy maternity clothes. Anyone else?

      Yes, many experience this. And me to. I´m 16 months in now and have gained about 35-40 kg (about 80 lbs). I looked 9 months pregnant the fist 6-7 months. Still have a very large and swollen belly, but not the same balloon/pregnant shape. Now its a bit softer and more like an ordinary fat belly. My weight plateaud 5-6 months ago. It's hard to make this jurney and its really hard to be patient - I´m so uncomfortable, cant move normally etc., but I will never undereat again now that I know what happens when you do (I was nerver underweight acording to BMI-"standards" but still allmost died from malnurishment/starvation). I really belive the body knows best with the weight and I will do this all the way. I want to see what`s on the other side and hope I will experience the same thing as most others, that I will be healthier, have more energy, be free and happy and that the body gets smaller again when it's is ready and have done all the healing, and I want to se how much better my health can get.
