Ingredients:
14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
Half container of whipped topping
1/2 cup of lemon juice
Ready made graham cracker crust
Garnishment(s) of choice, such as lemon slices, graham cracker crumbs, etc...(optional)
Directions:
Mix sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping and lemon juice together in a bowl until smooth; and pour into crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.

Girl! Thank you so much! My mom used to make this for family reunions when I was little. I was too young to remember the recipe and Mom's gone now. I've been looking for this recipe and it's been harder than you would think to find. It's usually the one made with cream cheese, which is good, but not the same. Thank you very much again ma'am! Classic lemon pie! My grandma always added a tiny drop of yellow food coloring. Somthing about seeing it yellow always made it taste better lol

I made a lemon pie with 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk a 8 oz. of cream cheese full fat. One 1/2 cup of lemon juice. I then mixed it in the mixer and poured it into the graham cracker crust. Oh oops I forgot after mixing it I poured into the crust and refrigerated it for 4 hours. I just made a lemon cheesecake.

@@cookingwithshey My last cheesecake recipe was for Palm Sunday and it was lemon and baked. I received the recipe from KAF King Arthur Flour. I've also done a chocolate pot de creme - rich, dense and chocolatey - it's too die for. Super easy too and all done in a blender.
