Only did I see a small drop after he crashed 3 times in a row at Mugello, Catalunya(not his fault) and Assen in 2019. 2020 we clearly saw how he was a podium contender and even after a horrible scare at Austria he did not lose hope and still finished 5th in the race.

he was everywhere except for ducati that was a massive shit bike. the fact that only Stoner won with it proved it to be a difficult bike. hats off for Stoner but that doesn't change the fact that the bike was utterly bad. even Stoner said it. he had to do stuff out of normal riding to be able to win. he literally took massive risks to win with it. which proves that he's been lucky not to crash too. whe you need to do that... something's wrong.

Rossi and Yamaha has been so synonymous. I was chatting with a younger colleague about motogp and he was saying how MM had won multiple titles with Repsol Honda and I told him VR too and he couldn’t believe it! 🤣
